Received an email today, 11/29/25 stating that I was approved for $2,000 at Lenovo until 12/29/25. Went to use it but no longer offered. Contacted Katapult live chat and they said never approved... then why did I receive an approval email. Terrible way to treat previous client who paid on time when it was Zibby then taken over by Katapult. No good reason given why they would do this today.

Claimed loss: $2,000

Desired outcome: Katapult should not exist if they claim you need no credit to do a lease but refuse to stand by approvals and take them back.
