I am from Australia and during my recent visit to Bali in July 2026, I joined on as a member and I am immediately regretting it.
My honest review is if you are in Australia, don't join this group. All their contacts are in Bali and their Bali lines are always busy. Calling the Australian 1800 316 669 number is also of no use. You get a message that all their operators are busy and to leave a message and they will call back but no one ever calls back., Same with online chat. You get the same message and no one ever reaches out to you on chat
Their main office is in Bali and their finance company is in Spain so you got Nil chances of lodging an official complaint with any Australian Fair Trade Agencies
