I work at Wildside Smoke Shop in Kansas City, Kansas. We regulary have a customers entering our shop and harassing me and my co-workers. He recently threatend me personally and in an attempt to trespass the customer my employment retaliated by giving me disciplinary action and telling us that the business needs them to survive. It is a complete violation of my rights being forced to interact and serve violent customers, it's a violation to be reprimanded for reporting it and HR doesn't offer any help only telling me it's vital to the business to get as many sales as possible. I need help.
