Started two months ago and is ongoing today. Facility that was helping me with a certain treatment dropped that treatment and Kiaser and Carelon have not gotten me into another facility offering this treatment that has been the only one to help me with my life long mental health issues. I need help due to the increasing of my mental health problem. Kaiser does not have another contracted facility in the city I live in, and it seems they aren't trying to find one and contract with them.

Claimed loss: I am losing my battle with mental health.

Desired outcome: Getting back to the treatment that help me more than any I have had in over 50 years.
