Kaiser Permanente review: Doctors delay script refills with no communication

Dr. Henry doesn’t fill scripts on time repeatedly or respond to messages even when clearly stated the app would at least get a reply to within two days. Then after the two days there is no response. So after starting over, they have two MORE days to respond. Sometimes I can get my medicine but not always. So expect to use expired insulin and reuse needles. Kaiser has put me in the hospital twice for not refilling scripts.
