On two occasions (in the 1 month I have had coverage) the web site simply won't load. I can log in, but nothing loads. Occasionally it works so I know it is not a browser problem. I have high speed internet, but it is like I am using dial up to access their web site. As far as I am concerned a web site that cannot load in 51 minutes is a denial of service.
In both cases I reached out by telephone. The first time it took 59 minutes to get through to a rep and they were bale to to take care of my issue. This evening it took 51 minutes and despite my explict request they figure out how *they* could get me an answer (where to mail in my records given I cannot upload them) instead they transferred me to a number that was not manned and had no voice mail. Again, effectively denial of serive, especially since I would have to wait 50 minutes or more if I chose to try again.
So a complete waste of my time. They need to fire some executives instead of giving them bonuses. Making it impossible to patients to get the care they need is extremely bad business practice. In 11 months it seems extremely doubtful I will stay with them.
Desired outcome: Fix the web site. Once it is fixed evaluate hold times and if in excess of 10 minutes expand the call center.
