Kaaum.compoor quality, unfair practices

Defective. The Kaaum customer services member I originally spoke to said to get rid of them, after I provided a photo of the defective product.

I feel as though this company is taking advantage of the customer. I had no way of knowing, when I threw away the shoes and reordered a replacement pair that the replacement would get lost in the mail. It has been 4 months since my first order was placed.

The company will only allow a refund of $9.99, I paid $29.99. PayPal has been less than helpful, they say I need to return the defective product to get a return on my money, no one seems to understand that Kaaum Rep said to get rid of the product MONTHS ago.

WATCHOUT, and good luck getting helpful assistance from PayPal.

    I saw a number of shoes for my wife and myself...BUT after writing the comment, about customer service, fraud, return practices, wrong items/sizes, etc., I would never order a toothpick from Kaaum.
