Home Shopping Selections / Direct Response Marketing Group two “gadgets “ to clean ears

Bought these in full payment plus p&p! In april!
Never arrived not even a phone call from the so called customer care!
Did not phone! Had to track down the email address, so emailed the company. Still no contact from them!
Does anyone knows how I got my money back?
I paid via paypal so I phoned paypay made a complaint and got my money back £55.00!
Never again thank you very much!

Bought a hair cutting comb with 18 blades, £4 odds, will not answer my emails as LOCKING BLADE PART IS MISSING.

Home Shopping Selections / Direct Response Marketing Group Online shopping

I ordered 2 Fast Heaters from this company on their website Hssuk.co.uk.
I got the confirmation mail that my orderd was dispatched then some wees later I recieve a postal letter informing me of the return of my goods and would I like them re-dispatched or a refund.

As i wanted the heaters I asked for them to be re-dispatched, but also explaind in my reply that no courier had ever made any contact of any sort.

Then what I thought was very strange was 3 days after I repled to the postal letter they followed up with an email informing me the returns were being processed.

The mail trail is below - nver once did I recieve a response to my emails, my letter nor would they ever answer the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES.

Home Shopping Selections / Direct Response Marketing Group Shows time incorrectly

I have bought nice singing alarm clock from Home Shopping Selections. I paid $30 for the alarm clock that shows time incorrectly. I am sure they knew it is broken, when they sent it to me. It automatically changes time for Britain. The problem is that I am not in Britain now!
