Jiffy Lube review: customer service

My name is Teressa Turner. I live in Salisbury, N.C. I visited Jiffy Lube on Saturday due to my windshield wiper blades were stuck on. First, they told me it would be 606 dollars. They said the part would be 200 and the labor was 4000 hundred. I asked for an invoice, and he told me that he didn't have one. I feel like he just threw some random numbers out to appease me because I was a female. I will be contacting the BBB as I was targeted because I was a female. I am also going to the media for their predatory practices they are doing. I suggest best you contact them and tell them to stop it. A dissatisfied customer.
