rings that I did not received
I bought 2 rings from Jeulia Jewellery and receive in about one month plus since I am not in a rush I didn't mind the waiting time. However the rings were to huge for me therefore I decide to get an exchange. I asked the customer service and they said to return back and gave me the return address. That was early September. I return the address immediately via Registered mail since the rings are expensive did not want it go missing. After a month I tracked the items. It shows that it reach US. But Jeulia Jewellery claimed they did not receive the item. I checked with my local postal service and said it has been mail to the return address given. Jeulia Jewellery deny until one fine day they found the return items. Tht was in early December. In their email, it states they will give a tracking number for the new item in 2-3 days but till now 27.1.17, I have not received. I even emailed them but no reply till now. DONT EVER TRUST JEULIA JEWELLERY. THEY ARE A CHEATING AND CONNING COMPANY.

Hey you get what you pay for, You cant expect 1000% quality for cheap! I really loved my ring but just after 1 month the diamond fell out already, They type of sliver they use scratches really easy as well. I wasn't expecting something to go wrong this soon :/ cant say I wouldn't order again just not an engagement ring! Maybe some play jewelry would be great from this company. Most definitely not such an important ring as an engagement ring.

The package I received did not include the ring. There were papers, a gift bag and an empty ring box. I paid 121.96
I have sent emails, 3. I tried calling. One number said in Spanish it had been disconnected. The other number said they were out of the office till February 5 or 6. I have requested a refund, and have not been acknowledgedoing to this day.
Scam. Be careful ordering from this company.

Do not buy from Jeulia, this site is just a terrible scam! I saw their advertisement on Facebook and some other websites and the whole thing seemed like a great deal. I went to their website, was impressed with all the beautiful jewelry and of course I liked their prices. I wanted to buy a ring for my fiancé and thought that Jeulia was the best decision. Unfortunately I got scammed, lost my money and never received the ring. After I paid there was no payment confirmation and no tracking number. I was not able to reach anyone from Jeulia no matter how hard I've tried - they did not reply. Three weeks already passed and still no information about my order, customer service is silent. After I checked the reviews I lost my hope. Terrible website and company. Do not buy from these scammers!

1/9/17 to Jeulia I'm writing for an update on my ring . its been 3 weeks since I returned it to you for a larger size.
on 12/05/16, I ordered 3PC Cushion Cut White Sapphire Wedding Set for $81.56 . ring size (7) . Order # [protected]. It was purchase through Pay Pal. it was to be sent to my home address
on 12/15/16 I received it and unfortunately it was too small for my finger so the very next day 12/16/16, I returned it back to you through United States Postal Service .
I've sent 5 emails to your ''contact us email address ;[protected]@jeulia.com, I've called 16 times to your tel# [protected], and no one ever answers, only a voicemail that doesn't allow me to leave a message .
shipping and processing time
I ordered a ring and necklace from Jeulia. I paid the 1-4 days extra shipping charge for $20. What they failed to tell you is that there is a processing time and paying the extra $20 does not get you the product within 1-4 days. I contacted their customer service department via chat and they informed me that the 1-4 day was only for shipping and the processing time could take up to 45 days.

My fiance bought my ring from here, the ring he bought was too small so he sent it back the next day. He spoke to a representative there and explained the situation, they told him my correct size would be sent out as soon as possible. It took 7 days for me to even get a tracking number for the correct ring and have had to call so many times just for that. Hopefully the ring will be delivered today which is what the tracking says.
over charged after check out
After being bombarded with discount offers (some only available for a set time) I clicked to check out through Paypal believing this would give me some kind of safety net post purchase. I was prompted to sign in, which I did only to get a transaction complete message - no chance to review the payment of £80.70. I then received a paypal invoice for £99.08 ! I contacted Paypal who rudely told me that all they do is charge me what ever the vendor requests regardless of what I have seen on the check out of their website!
The ring arrived today and it's not something that I would pay £5.00 for! The original price before sale and discounts was $339!
I only made the purchase because the website leads one to believe they are ordering for a US company backed up by a Norton Shopping Guarantee rather than a junk store in China! (only discovered from shipping label)
I finally got through to 'Sarah' on their Live Chat and requested a return and was told to return it to an address in California! Disputes opened with Norton and Paypal though don't hold much hope...

We ordered a ring on December 3rd and was told it would be here before Christmas. Here it is almost the middle of January and no ring. I was given a tracking number(lt469391165cn) and was able to track my package to china customs on December 7th. Now I have contacted china shipping several times and they just keep telling me to "be patient". How long do I have to "be patient"? I contacted USPS and they said that it hasn't even left china yet and that alot of people are being scammed. 800 number doesn't work and good luck getting a person on chat. When you finally do, they say "be patient. It's on its way ". I thought it was a good idea to buy from this company because the ring was cheap, but I guess I've paid more than it would've costed in the US with time, frustration and hassle. *Buyer Beware! I will never buy from this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone not to as well. I guess it's time to contact the BBB.
very unhappy customer
We ordered a wedding ring on the 9.12.16, paid for fast delivery. Took 3 weeks to arrive in southafrica which was too late and had to pay extra for duty which was not mentioned on the website. Got via email from jeulia.com (Id: s216026-t138530) they will pay back money but since that silent! No answer at all! Don't buy there! The service is a joke! And today 13.12.17. I still don't have the ring. So if I don't like it I can't even send it back because the 30 days of return is over.

We had 2 separate orders 12/15 and 12/21. The tracking # for the 12/15 order states the order was accepted 12/17 in China. This has been the status for weeks. The 12/21 order email confirmation stated that due to high demand, it would take 2-6 days to manufacture the ring. We have yet to receive any shipping number and here it is 1/12/17. The 800# on email correspondence is disconnected and the 888# rings and then disconnects. My husband submitted an email request to customer service and the delayed reponse gave us no information. We have disputed the charge to our credit card and advise anyone ordering from this company to be very cautious. The products look lovely on their page, but if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck, it's a duck. The confirmation emails are even flagged by my virus checker as a possible phishing email.
blaming usps when it hasn't even shipped yet
I ordered a ring for my wife on December 18. The website said it would arrive in time for Christmas. When checking out, it never said I needed to pay for expedited shipping in order for it to arrive on time. I even received an email with the shipping details the same day I ordered it. ... I was shocked when it said China! I contacted the company through their online chat. They said the item would not arrive before Christmas because I only selected free shipping which takes 9-25 days. I asked why they advertised it would when I purchased it? They just kept repeating to wait.
After January 1, I contacted the online chat again. The tracking showed the item was still in the "accepted" mode with no movement. They told me it was delayed by US customs and to wait a few days. A week later, same thing. Today, Jan 11, I received the same response. I called them out on it and said to PROVE it was in the US and stuck in customs delayed by the USPS. I threatened to contact USPS, the BBB and my credit card company to report fraud if they could not prove it. I was then told it was stuck in China in their customs. WHAT? Are you serious?
This company is a sham. They create tracking numbers that are not traceable, lie to you that it has actually been shipped, blame USPS for the delay (check all the responses here from the company), blame US customs, them blame China customs when pushed. I will be forwarding all m correspondence with them to the appropriate authorities.

ring to return
Ring number [protected] to return for refund but no info on how to return. Sent a picture and several emails but no response. Called several times but no one answers. Emerald cut sapphire wedding set. I have been trying to get a proper response for 3 weeks. 109.12 was charged. I ordered this ring on December 24, 2016 my order number was again [protected] and shipment number [protected]. They asked for a picture which I complied. Still no response except thank you for ordering from Jeulia. If I don't hear back I feel I will have no choice but to post this on every social media that I can. Is this company a scam?
Same thing is happening to me, no paperwork to send back, have been emailing since Feb. 2nd.
3 piece yellow gold milgrain leaf round cut created white topaz wedding set size 6 1/4
I bought this item and liked the style. Being it was a 3 piece set, I ordered 6 1/4 size. It was too tight when worn together. I tried wearing it a couple of days anyway but the leaf design was uncomfortable and 6 3/4 will be too big. I contacted Jeulia to see about returning the set. I was told that the only way to return it was undamaged (no problem there) but also with ring size tag still attached. I don't know about you, but it would be awkward to wear a ring out in public with the size tag still attached. I would not recommend Jeulia to anyone.

I really wanted this and got it for Christmas and within minutes of putting it on my finger started to swell from an allergic reaction Got cut off at the ER.
We should have known when the ring arrived from China. The rings are the same quality as a $10 ring at a flea market, the ring looks and feels super cheap. My husband tried to call to speak with someone about a refund with no answer. Finally he got a response on Facebook but they won't refund since the ring is damaged. Well no kidding!
I am now out $100 for the ring plus a hospital bill and no compensation whatsoever from the company.

Ok wrong address, emailed to rectify, they said too bad it already shipped. Really in 3 hours? The website says they are made after order is placed. Then they send a tracking number. My order was never shipped as usps cannot trace it. Keep being told to wait wait wait. Then they told me if I pay half price they will re ship. Extortion. What you're holding my order hostage? Hasn't moved in 2 weeks. Their phone number is bogus, I have received 9 emails that all say the same thing - copy and paste much? Chat people are completely useless responding in scripted sentences. If someone asks for my order number 1 more time i'm going to scream. Why bother? You don't give a flying fig about me or my order. However all of these people are like "got mine in 3 days" really jeulia? Plant people to give you reviews? I figure they can please a few to screw over the masses. What a scam. I wonder how much money they have stolen over this christmas season.In short fraud, liars, thieves, extortionists. Enough said

I order my ring on november 2 2016. My order # [protected]. They sent out november 9 2016. Now is december 30 2016. I still haven't receive my ring. I tried calling the numbers that was listed no used to me. I email 5 times they reply to 3. The person name luck said 9-25 and that I should wait. Why do I still need to wait when is past due the date.

I odered a ring on November 10, 2016. I returned as instructed from customer service @ Jeulia. I have tracking information and a signature verification that it was received by them. lI have emailed them at least 15 times looking for my refund information. After each email, i get a reply that asks me for more information regarding my return. Tracking number, who signed for it, order number, how do you spell my last name, etc. Each email contains ALL of the information each time I email them. Now, my emails are being rejected. I have emailed them from a different email address, now no one is answering my emails at this point. When I call, they put me on eternal hold. I just want my $$$ back.
