They did not cancel as I asked. but the sent the cheap crap I paid $383.00, and the sterling silver 925 hallmark was not on the item, but clearly cheap crap from China junk. They make you believe they are in New Zealand and supplied from this country, but no, it's from Hong Kong, and I get a bill for import duty. They boast that they give $2.00 to the National Breast Cancer Federation. I wrote to them. They were asked to remove this from their site in 2024. Who knows if they give to the other charities they say they do? They would not accept the good return or give the address details to return the rings. This company needs to be unable to sell online due to its total disregard for anything they sell. The New Zealand law states you must honour the Fair Trading Act as you make your site an identity of this country to trade. Well, everything can be sent to the trade and industry department. I am a little man, but wait until you get the full force of my actions
