Charged us $1500 AUD for a flight from Sydney to Brisbane that was already paid by another airline and customer service claims there is nothing they can do because the ticket was not bought directly from them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They are claiming that they don't have email and even though they did show the my payment, they don't have access to my flight info and cannot refund my money. CHARGING TWICE for the same flight once from me and once from Delta. How is this even legal?
Recommendation: Horrible customer service
