Dear Sirs,
On the 16th December 2020 I booked flights to the USA with Jetabroad - Reference number J4268TB. The flights are London to San Francisco on the 30th October 2021. At the time of booking their were no restrictions to the USA from the UK.
In March 2021 the US Government decided to deny UK citizens (unless exempt under exceptional circumstances) to fly to the US.
On the 20th September 2021 the US Government announced that flights from the UK would resume for those who are double vaccinated. There is not exact date. However, they have indicated "early November". Regardless when the flights resume. My flight is 30th October 2021.
We will not be able to fly on our given date. Flying on a different date is not feasible as 1. There is no date we can fly. 2. We are also going on a cruise which will have debarked.
I contact Jetabroad by email. There are no numbers to ring in the UK.
The below is their answer.

Subject: IMPORTANT [#NBS-239333]: Cancellation/Refund Request - Dep:30Oct2021
Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately the Airline's fare rules in place on the ticket you have purchased state that it is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
However if you can make a date change, and would like to enquire about the cost to do so, please fill in our date change enquiry form via the link below and a consultant will get back to you with a quote.
I replied with
How can there be no refund when there is no flight from the UK?
There was no reply.
How can Jetabroad justify not refunding when there is no flight for UK Citizens.
Regards
Ashley Dowsett
