What was supposed to be a three day job has stretched into ten weeks, still unfinished, with the lower half of my two-part crawlspace encapsulated but completely without airflow or dehumidification to keep it from regrowing the mold I paid to have remediated. JES has already encapsulated that area, too, which means their own work is being destroyed by this delay. Repeated texts and calls have been answered, but there have been repeated no-call no-shows on promised fixes. At first the explanation was a backordered Y-duct, but a workaround offered by the installation team (Cam's "two-hole" solution) has been stalled entirely by higher-ups in the company.

JES has taken all the financed money from Green Sky for a "completed" job, but the job is not only not completed, half of the job is being destroyed because of a single backordered part and a single, missing, critical hour of work to install it.

I want a professional assessment of whether the mold remediation and encapsulation work in that half of the crawlspace has been damaged beyond repair and needs redone, or if it's safe to remain. If it's safe, and if the two-hole workaround Cam mentioned can be safely implemented, I want that done immediately.

The only other option I see is for JES to install a dehumidifer, free of charge, in that lower crawlspace to make up for ten weeks (and counting) of mayhem.

At this point, the health and safety of my family is at stake. The smell in the house is getting so bad we're running air purifiers day and night. I'm on my third replacement of DampRid products in every room in the house. The dehumidifer I'm running indoors has to be emptied every other day. The house is not drying out as promised, because the larger half of the crawlspace is still wet, ten weeks after it was supposed to be fixed...and it hasn't breathed in all that time.

I will be texting this information to JES directly, too.

I do not want another phone call from JES. Abdul speaks far too fast for me to understand him properly, and at this point even Cam is frustrated with his lack of response, both to him and to me. (You know an installer is frustrated when he texts you his boss's phone number and tells you to "blow his phone up!")

I want a written explanation of the failures that led us to this point. And I want a written timeline of the proposed fixes. I want this job done, so my family can finally breathe easier.

If I don't receive these things, I will be contacting both our financing company, and a lawyer.
