They did a grate job and were real quick! The results were pleasant!

My new roof is amazin'! The install crew was super fast and cleaned up everythin'. I would highly recommend 'em! Oh, by the way, I'm still waitin' for them two other companies to call me back!

These guys were awesome! Got a quote on Monday and a crew showed up on Wednesday morning around 6:45. They were finished by 1:00pm! Quality and workmanship were amazing! Definitely recommend.

This company is nothin less than top notch! I had many shingles missin from my roof after the hurricanes went through! I called my insurance company, they sent out an adjuster to inspect the damage. After he made his report, a desk adjuster contacted me and said they would cover the repairs. I have a hip roof with 4 drops and everyone had shingles missin. I said that was not acceptable. I called Premier South who sent Ameer to my house to do their inspection. He said the roof couldn't be repaired it must be replaced! I then put it in his hands to handle. He consulted with the insurance company and told them the same thing. Together, they decided to meet with another adjuster to decide what to do. Ameer was very professional, and courteous and went above and beyond in gettin everything taken care of and took all the stress off of me! The roof is now complete just as I was told it would be and it is beautiful and off very high quality! Thanks Ameer and Premier South!

I called Premier South after Hurricane Delta 'cause my roof got messed up real bad by the wind. They never came to my house or checked out my roof, but they wanted a copy of my insurance quote from Farm Bureau. They sent me an email saying "good news" and that they would lower my out-of-pocket costs (obviously, they were gonna get the insurance money). They said they saved me $3K, which was the same amount they charged me less. Anyway, I needed a new roof, so I signed the contract. I asked about shingle colors, and they only showed me one option (a picture of a house they did before). But when I looked at the colors from the manufacturer, I wanted a different color, but they said I had to wait 'til late December. So, I did some research and found another roofing contractor who could do it faster. I told Blayne from Premier roofing that I was canceling the agreement 'cause they couldn't give me what I wanted. And guess what? He started threatening me with legal stuff and said I was gonna get subpoenaed soon. Can you believe it? He never even came to my house or checked my roof! I would never do business with them or recommend them to anyone. Their strong-arm tactics are so unprofessional and stressful!

The sales guy was real professional. But them roof guys and gutter guys, man, they messed up big time. They drove their cart all over my yard, leaving deep ruts everywhere. They had to call another truck to pull it out, but they just kept on driving and messing up my lawn. And get this, they didn't even bother telling me about it. Ain't nothing worse than coming home to a messed up lawn, you know? And then they had to come back and fix some shingles that got messed up during the install. Took 'em a whole month to finish that job on my brand new $24000 roof. When the gutter guys showed up, I had to take a day off work to make sure they didn't mess anything else up. I even told the boss guy I was there to help if they needed it. But guess what? They left without saying a word, and I found out later that all my outdoor lights were busted. Premier said they'd give me $500 to cover the damage. Like, seriously? They thought it was a good idea to come back and break something else? And don't even get me started on the electrical work. That stuff needs permits and licensed electricians, but I doubt these guys have any of that. I stood my ground and told 'em it wasn't fair. I deserved more than just a measly allowance for all the work they messed up. But you know what? They sent me to a collection agency for $300. Can you believe it? Stay away from these guys, folks.
