Experiencing caulk mold and grab bar rust issues with shower enclosure. Warranty states that materials and workmanship are guaranteed for life. Company has honored the warranty for the same issues twice in the past year.
I get lots of telemarketing calls almost every day from different local and in-state phone numbers
I get lots of telemarketing calls almost every day from different local and in-state phone numbers. The calls are robo calls and have a robot voice pretending to be a person. I looked into where they come from as much as I could, and BCI Acrylic is the one behind the call centers making these calls. I've tried everything to make them stop, like calling them back and asking other companies that seem connected for info. If I'm wrong, sorry, but every conversation I've had with Bath Planet, *** Home Improvement, and others all point back to BCI Acrylic. I'll be contacting the *** and FCC depending on how BCI responds.
Back in 2013, I bought a Bathroom remodel from Bath planet of Arkansas
Back in 2013, I bought a Bathroom remodel from Bath planet of Arkansas. After around 4 years, I noticed water seeping between the original tub and the new tub liner. I reached out to BCI Acrylic, and they said they wouldn't honor the contract. So, I contacted ComplaintsBoard.com, and they came and replaced the liner. Fast forward three (3) years, and I'm facing the same problem again. I contacted BCI Acrylic and spoke to Tammy Stevens, who asked me to send her a copy of the contract and a video of the tub with someone showing the water moving under the liner. I did as requested. Tammy then said everything looked good and assured me that the claim would be taken care of. However, I received an E-Mail from Tammy Stevens stating that the claim was denied because the contract was null and void. She suggested that I have the tub removed and cleaned. If needed, I can send you a copy of the contract. It clearly states a full lifetime warranty on Labor and material. Due to my balance issues, showering feels like being on a raft. Thanks, Jeff B.
