Then the claim got rejected and HL wouldn't give our money back for the extra fee they didn't earn. Customer service is very rude. They palmed us off on their other crooked company CCS without our knowledge and the new company have no phone numbers and refuse to answer emails. Funnily enough they have a shared director these companies. Stay well clear!
