Kintex Plumbing, LLC is the absolute WORST! Seriously, don't even think about wasting your hard-earned money on their services. I'm telling you, it's a total disaster. And let me tell you, the technician they sent over had absolutely no clue what he was doing. It was like watching a monkey trying to fix a spaceship. I mean, seriously, it was that bad. So, please, I beg you, exercise extreme CAUTION if you ever consider hiring them. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Pedro was absolutly professional. He was carefull and took the time to fix both toilets. Great service!

I had a problem with pipes leakin behind my water heater. Kintex Plumbing was very professional and were quick to respond and set up an appointment. They did an excellent job removin my water heater and replacin the leakin pipes. Everythin looks great. I highly recommend!

The Plumber was super professional, good at what he does, and knows his stuff. Him and his helper were really nice. They finished the job and cleaned up fast. They answered all my questions. I'd totally recommend this company to my fam and friends. They had the hot water heater in stock and got it replaced in like a week.

I used Kintex Plumbing, LLC through our home warranty company and I wouldn't recommend them. I've personally replaced several water heaters and I know a lot about it. When dealing with the home warranty company, they don't pay enough, so the plumber has to add extra charges to make their money. They wanted to make "changes" to the new equipment they were installing, like the water line, gas line, drain pan, and vent. When I asked for specific details about these changes, they wouldn't give them to me, even though I asked for them in multiple emails. We decided not to let them do the work because they were asking for unnecessary modifications.

Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness *** customer service: My home warranty set an appointment - with a 3 day notice - with these guys and they fail to show up. When I call them to send a guy, they say we left you a voicemail (none received!) to confirm an appointment - THAT WAS ALREADY CONFIRMED by the home warranty company. If I have to deal with so many vendors separately anyway, why would I get a home warranty? They refuse to honor the job they took on waiting for me to call them.. after a 20m wait on telephone. On top of that, they want me to pay $65 of co-pay even before they show up, which is a clear contradiction to what the home warranty instructs them to do (collect money AFTER technician shows up). The woman on the phone got very aggressive when I pointed out that online reviews on Google say they invoice people without fixing the issue, and told me that is how they work. I decided not to give them any business. Wasted 3 days!

I had a really bad experience with Kintex and American Home Shield. The guy they sent over didn't even bother to figure out why my house was all clogged up. He just took a quick look at the septic and said it was my problem, which I already knew. He also said there was no cleanout for the main line. The next day, I had a septic company come by and they didn't think the clog was because of the septic. Even after they drained the tank, my plumbing still wasn't working. I had to fork over $262.00 to the septic company. So, I called American Home Shield to get Kintex to send someone to fix the clog. But they said no because the technician blamed the septic. So, I called Kintex myself and they said the warranty company had to make the request. I gave up and called another plumber who finally fixed the clog. But it cost me $445.00. In the end, I had to pay a whopping $707.00!

I never got an email or text confirming my appointment. I called around 4pm, but no one answered. The machine said they close at 5pm. Finally, someone called me back the next day at 4:45pm. I explained that the caps in the wall were leaking due to cracks. When the guy came to fix it, he didn't have the right part. He did a temporary fix and told me to go to Home Depot and replace the parts myself. He gave me a receipt and left. I had to call his boss to let them know they used the wrong part. I also mentioned that there were two cracked caps, but they only replaced one. So, I still have another cracked cap that will cause another leak. It took them over a week from the first visit to the last. The customer service feels unprofessional. I won't use this company again.
