Let me tell ya'll, I decided to order a jersey for my son from jerseys-onlinestore.com for Christmas. They sent me an e-mail saying it would be shipped out that same night, but lo and behold, it ain't never come. I sent them an e-mail asking what was goin' on and all they could tell me was that it should arrive in 7 to 10 days. Ain't nobody got time for that long of a wait! Plus, they didn't even give me no tracking number to keep tabs on my package.

I done paid with my credit card, so I sent another e-mail asking about the status of my order. No response! They must've thought they could just take my money and run off with no consequences. That's when I knew something was fishy and got a refund on my credit card, 'cause ain't nobody gonna scam me!

After all that mess, I went back to the site to give them a piece of my mind and what do I see? The site is shut down! If this site ever goes back online, don't even bother tryin' to order nothin' from them. They won't pick up when you call and the only way to reach 'em is through e-mail. And to make matters worse, I just got word that they're a fraudulent Chinese company! Don't fall for their lies like I did.

This website is not trustworthy. The website says that it will deliver your order to your door in only seven days but when you receive confirmation, it says the delivery window is 7-30 working days, which could mean waiting up to one and a half months. The domain is registered in Panama and payments go to China. The website makes it seem like they are linked with MLB, but they really aren't. I read that the items they sell are knockoffs and low quality. Some people don't even receive their orders at all. I had to do a chargeback with Paypal right away and luckily got a full refund. Word of advice: avoid this website.

Hey y'all! So, I recently made a purchase from jerseys-onlinestore.com and unfortunately, I haven't received anything in the mail yet. The tracking number says it's been processed, but it hasn't shown any updates since December 17th. It's now December 28th, and I'm getting concerned. I called USPS and they told me to contact jerseys-onlinestore.com to see if they can contact USPS in China. According to USPS, it's not normal for it to take this long.

I've been trying to contact jerseys-onlinestore.com through phone and email, but I haven't received an answer yet. I spent $320 dollars, so this is definitely not a small purchase for me. I'm going to contact PayPal to see if I can get my money back. It's really frustrating that their customer service doesn't exist.

The sizes on Jerseys-onlinestore are a big problem. They were way off for me and I am not happy. Getting a refund has been impossible for me, which is disappointing. I think you get what you pay for with the product and service. It would be better if they stood by their product, and returns were more acceptable. If the product still has tags and is packaged the way it was received, why not refund it? Now I have a jersey that is supposed to be a women's XXL but is too small for my 8-year-old cousin!

I think Amazon would be a better option if you want to buy jerseys online. Don't even try Jerseys-onlinestore unless you are a really tiny person. If you do decide to buy from them, size up many sizes and measure several times to be sure. Otherwise, you might be stuck with a product that is useless to you without any opportunity for a refund.

Jerseys-onlinestore is a store that I would warn others to avoid. The customer service is, in my opinion, one of the worst that I have ever experienced. When I reached out to them before my order shipped, I specifically asked to cancel the order because it was clear that it would not be delivered on time. Unfortunately, they stalled communication so that they could create a DHL shipping label. Three days later, the package still had not been picked up despite the label being created. When I called DHL, they informed me that the shipping label had been created but not scheduled for pickup. If it had been picked up, it would have been done on the same day. I had to communicate with them multiple times while they continued to delay and even insult me by saying, "I don't think" while clearly lying to me. Eventually, they refused to allow me to cancel the order and created a new label. The jersey eventually did arrive, however, it was much later than I had needed it to be.

I would suggest saving your money and avoiding this store altogether. The product itself was of poor quality as well, as the collar did not sit correctly, the panels were not stitched cleanly, and the logos were incorrect. Overall, I would not recommend Jerseys-onlinestore as I had a terrible experience with both the customer service and the product itself.

I made a bad review of Jerseys-onlinestore a bit ago coz they took payment without ever responding to my emails, the phone no. didn't work & they never gave me any shipping information as well as details about my order. As a result, we stopped the payment we made thru Paypal so that we weren't taken advantage of.

Well, it wasn't long before they finally gave us a USPS tracking number for the product which happened to be a jersey that was to be sent from China. They told us that, should we want to receive it, we had to process the payment again. But, if not, then we should decline the shipment. Finally, I'm glad to say that the item was delivered yesterday & was as we ordered it. I plan on paying for it now.

I have to take back my previous comment about it being a phishing site (as far as I can determine now). Although, in my opinion, they really need to modify the way they take care of their customers. I wouldn't recommend Jerseys-onlinestore if you're looking to order jerseys. I ordered three bad boys to give away to some homies on Christmas and the site said they'd ship fast like a cheetah with EMS/USPS for $19. On top of that, it said they'd usually ship within 24 hours. Whack. They didn't end up shipping my jerseys until Dec 19, and by Dec 20, those bad boys vanished in China. It's hard to talk to them since their customer service bails on you, but they did respond to two of my emails. One on Dec 18 where they told me the tracking information, and another on January 5, saying they only shipped two of the three jerseys that I ordered and paid for, but that I could get my moola back when I get the other jersey. After waiting a fat minute without any jerseys, I opened my trap and asked for another shipment or a refund. The phonies didn't respond after that.

Luckily, I got my full refund through PayPal, but it took three weeks since they're overseas shipments. I started trying to contact them in mid December when I couldn't get through to customer service.

Jerseys-onlinestore is a terrible company. They tell you that their jerseys are real, but they are not. They are fake. The fabric feels wrong and the writing on the back is not right. The numbers on the front are not even made of the right stuff. It is shameful! My grandson tried to put on the jersey, but he could not! It is so small, it does not fit over his head. He was very sad.

I tried to call them, but there is no 800 number to reach them. And when I sent them an email, they did not even reply! They are completely unresponsive. I do not understand why anyone would ever buy from them. They have no customer service and terrible products.

Bought some awesome jerseys on Jerseys-onlinestore a few weeks ago. Just got them today, and I'm so pumped to finally have them! There's a hole on the side of my Dion Phaneuf jersey, and the stitching is pretty shoddy overall. I got this jersey from Jerseys-onlinestore. I bought it for my boy for Christmas. They sent me an email after I bought it saying that the order went through. But I never got another email saying thanks for doing business or nothing like that. Weird, huh? So I emailed them a few times to be double sure my purchase went through, but they never got back to me. I called up the bank to check my account, and they charged me more than the price listed on the website. They said the charge came from Szabldzkj in China. Lucky for me, the bank helped me out and fixed the charge.

And now they want me to pay to send it back to China, over thirty bucks for customs and all. What kinda crap is that? Ain't my fault they messed up their own order. But no, it ain't enough for them to make me pay for their mistake once. They want me to pay again to ship the right one, and pay for the damn shirt again too! They offer some measly 15% off, like it's some kind of generous deal when it ain't. If I knew this was how they operate, I woulda gone somewhere else for my jersey. I recently purchased two N.O. Saints jerseys from Jerseys-onlinestore because they were very affordable, and in fact, I couldn't afford the ones in the mall. It took a bit to get my order, but I finally received the package. Upon opening it, I was quite disappointed to see that the colors were not what I had expected. Everyone knows the Saints' colors are black and gold, but the ones I received were black and brown, not even a close match. I'm talking about Cleveland Browns brown! I tried complaining about it on their site, but unfortunately, I never got any reply back from them. To make matters worse, I found out that the addresses listed on their website are fake too. Even though the display on their site showed the correct colors for the jerseys, the ones I received were just poorly made and had the wrong colors. I'm planning on wearing one on Sunday to the Saints party I'm going to, but I'll be holding a sign that reads "made in China & I saved a bunch" because, after all, the prices were quite affordable.
