I ordered a personalized jersey for my brother's birthday and it arrived completely wrong. The name on the back was misspelled and the color was off. When I reached out to their customer service, they were extremely unhelpful and tried to blame me for the mistake. Not cool.

On top of that, I found out that they have a history of stealing and scamming customers. So, I highly recommend that you do not order anything from them, especially not for the upcoming holidays. Spread the word to your friends and family too, so they don't fall for their tricks.

And to make matters worse, when I tried to get a refund through PayPal, they would not honor my request. It's frustrating to deal with these kinds of companies, but I learned my lesson and will definitely not be ordering from jerseys-onlinestore.com ever again.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I would strongly advise you to steer clear of this company. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reputable and trustworthy source for personalized and sports related items.

Jerseys-onlinestore is a terrible company. They tell you that their jerseys are real, but they are not. They are fake. The fabric feels wrong and the writing on the back is not right. The numbers on the front are not even made of the right stuff. It is shameful! My grandson tried to put on the jersey, but he could not! It is so small, it does not fit over his head. He was very sad.

I tried to call them, but there is no 800 number to reach them. And when I sent them an email, they did not even reply! They are completely unresponsive. I do not understand why anyone would ever buy from them. They have no customer service and terrible products.

Then, there was the 347 area code. I'm from NYC and I know that 347 is usually given to cell phones. That's weird, right? And to add to that, the message I got sounded like the person had a really heavy accent. It just didn't seem right to me.

Overall, the whole site just seems fake. I don't want to risk getting taken for a ride just for a $40 jersey. I think I'll pass on this site and look for a more trustworthy one.

I got this jersey from Jerseys-onlinestore. I bought it for my boy for Christmas. They sent me an email after I bought it saying that the order went through. But I never got another email saying thanks for doing business or nothing like that. Weird, huh? So I emailed them a few times to be double sure my purchase went through, but they never got back to me. I called up the bank to check my account, and they charged me more than the price listed on the website. They said the charge came from Szabldzkj in China. Lucky for me, the bank helped me out and fixed the charge.

They offer some measly 15% off, like it's some kind of generous deal when it ain't. If I knew this was how they operate, I woulda gone somewhere else for my jersey. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Jerseys-onlinestore. I ain't gonna make that mistake again.

I recently purchased two N.O. Saints jerseys from Jerseys-onlinestore because they were very affordable, and in fact, I couldn't afford the ones in the mall. It took a bit to get my order, but I finally received the package. Upon opening it, I was quite disappointed to see that the colors were not what I had expected. Everyone knows the Saints' colors are black and gold, but the ones I received were black and brown, not even a close match. I'm talking about Cleveland Browns brown! I tried complaining about it on their site, but unfortunately, I never got any reply back from them. To make matters worse, I found out that the addresses listed on their website are fake too. Even though the display on their site showed the correct colors for the jerseys, the ones I received were just poorly made and had the wrong colors. I'm planning on wearing one on Sunday to the Saints party I'm going to, but I'll be holding a sign that reads "made in China & I saved a bunch" because, after all, the prices were quite affordable.

So, I had myself a big ol' order from Jerseys-onlinestore, 3 jerseys for a total of $136.53. But let me tell ya, things did not go according to plan. First of all, when the package showed up, there was no order slip or anything, and it was sent straight from China with no English writing on it. Luckily, my lady speaks Chinese, but I don't know how many of y'all would be in that spot.

So then, I open up the package, and low and behold, there's only 2 of the 3 jerseys I ordered! This got me real mad, and I've been trying to get in touch with the company about it. I've called them up 4 times, but just get the same dang pre-recorded message every time. Plus, I've sent emails and filled out their contact form on the site, but I ain't heard back from 'em yet!

All in all, I gotta say, this website is a real ripoff and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
