Jerry's Artarama? review: Terrible response to incorrect order

I ordered some keys, because stretched canvases I had previously purchased did not have the keys they were supposed to. I also included a tube of ivory black oil paint in my order. The keys arrived, but were too thick to help. The paint was not included. I filled out the online form and have been ignored for 2 days. I called and the man was polite enough, but did NOT help. He said he issue a refund the oil paint, but I had to pay to send the keys back. He couldn't tell me how much and I had to go to UPS or FedEx but which one? I told him I had been a very good customer, but I was NEVER going to purchase from them again. He couldn't care less.
