Jasper Engines & Transmissions review: Jasper fails customer service

I lost an engine in a used truck I bought and I went to Jasper engines because they have a 5 star reputation, so I paid about $3000 for a rebuilt engine. That engine lasted about a year and failed costing me a $6k job for my business. Jasper Engines sent me another engine in March of 2025 and now after only 8 months the replacement engine has failed with the cooling system. I speaking to Jasper Engines owner, Peter Jasper, I explained the issue to Peter, the owner, asking him to reinstate the three year warranty of the replacement engine. He refused to honor my request. Asking Peter how he would feel if he was in my position as a customer who trusted a company with a 5 star reputation and the owner refused to reinstate the three year warranty as requested. He danced around refusing to answer except to say he would be upset. I find this very concerning that they are supposedly reputable engine builder, that they really dont care that their products have failed a customer twice and wont give an extension on the warranty for a third engine. Telling me if the third engine fails that they would "consider" the situation. Which means the answer would be, "We're sorry sir but we're unable to help you after the third engine we sold you failed, because the warranty has expired, Have a good day"
