JanSport I have yet receive my replacement bag

Item was sent in in April 2022. Till late Aug, after much email corresponds then found out my replacement was not sent. Standard reply template from Officers. Can someone let me know when can I receive my replacement bag?

Countless email sent and still I have no info if my replacement bag is on the way and they say its overseas so there is no tracking number as well. Please kindly assist. It is frustrating

Desired outcome: I want my replacement Bag by end of October 2022

JanSport Bike Service

Jansport is unwilling to accept an appointment for service. The only way to "book" an appointment is to drop off your bike. This could work well for those who live in Park City, but for those of us who don't, it is problematic. We called a week ago to ask that the bike I bought from Jansport ($11K) get serviced, along with my husband's very new bike that he didn't buy from Jansport. They said they could probably work it out but to call the day before and they would talk to the technician to make it work. Well, today is the day before, so I called and we were essentially turned away for my husband's bike. It absolutely rubs us both wrong. It isn't a great way to cultivate the kind of long-term relationship between vendor and customer. As business owners, we would totally find a way to work with our customer in a manner to protect the business. This is the 2nd expensive bike I have purchased from Jansport, and it could very likely be the last.

Desired outcome: Please find a way to either schedule both of our bikes for service and let us know what day would be good. Or just get them both in tomorrow.

JanSport Wheeled backpack

Ordered online in a particular color based on a 30% sale price . One week delivery. Sent something completely different colored and not even wheeled, called customer no service, only offered a return and refund, nothing else. No longer in stock. They took the order and my money, they should do more! Offer an different color at same price? Don't do business with them!
