Jacuzzi Bath Remodel review: Installation

The sales women measured from my original fiberglass shower surround, no one else came to do a legitimate measurement. This resulted in a short shower pan and they had to put gobs of white silicone to adjust for the shortage, How long will this be before it starts cracking?
The warranty guy that was here said “he would have installed it the same way”, I can’t use the shot because the door hits my toilet bowl, which can result in serious injuries to my legs
