We purchased a Guardian Model walk-in tub on August 28 from the Regional Sales Manager. We paid $5,000 upfront and the remaining $11,938.70 upon installation on September 02. Lacking an official receipt, our credit card statement is the only purchase proof, problematic for claiming a senior's tax credit. Despite numerous calls to the sales manager and the company about this and item quality, most were ignored. Technical issues were resolved on November 27, but the receipt issue persists. The manager promised a receipt by early February at the latest during a call on January 06. Following up on March 03, he assured immediate action but did not follow through. Attempts to email the company failed due to a non-functional website, leading to forwarding the concern to the manager. We are considering further steps to address this.
