I have been trying to renew since last November! Can only assume you no longer need custom. It is impossible!
Thank you for your comprehensive instructions on June 4 ref #[protected]
It failed at the first hurdle. The site was declared inaccessible.
Next, I got through to the I am not a robot page. It says press the Allow button but there was no Allow button.
I tried several other ways and still could not get in.
This really is not good enough I have lost all patience..
I,ve been a member for years.
What on earth is going wrong?You have my details and my credit card number.,so please renew without further delay.
What is the problem?

Desired outcome: JUST renew my membership without delay for one year only.
