Purchased jacquielawson & Blue Mtn bundled subscription. Was unable to access Blue Mountain "preview and send" so unable to send card. Customer service is non-existent. E-mailed daily for refund and after a few days got a standard "tech" response. Still e-mailing daily (trying to get phone number too) for refund and keep getting sent in circles. I've begun a dispute with my credit card company.
The only thing I've been able to do is cancel a renewal but I want my money back since I was unable to send any Blue Mtn cards.
