There was an accidental/unauthorized purchase made from my device. I requested that it be reversed and was told that JPC doesn't handle refunds and to contact Google Play (their ONLY method available for reimbursement). Google Play has told me that these types of purchases/reimbursements are not covered in their policy. There is absolutely no recourse. Customer Service is no help, either. They ripped off an elderly, disabled woman living on Social Security for $107.99. I just want my money back. Shame on them!

Accidental purchases are not refunded. The only method suggested in the help section is to request a refund through google play, and google play says it's jpc problem. I have been battling this for a week now, and had to close my credit card account in order to open a dispute. These people are shysters.
