I gotta say, I'm not too happy with Italian Concrete & Design

I gotta say, I'm not too happy with Italian Concrete & Design. They did my driveway last year and now there's some holes in the concrete. I've been trying to get in touch with them but they won't answer the phone or call me back. It's pretty ridiculous that this father and son team doesn't care about good customer service. Can someone please tell them to call me back and also let me know who I can complain to about their crappy work and lack of guarantee? All I want is for them to come and fix the problem.
