No customer service
Ordered part under warranty May 14. Received the tracking number, but the Post office never received the part. Numerous calls and emails - - either no answer or a return call requesting information they already have. They say they will call back, which they don't. After leaving another message, I got a call today giving a tracking number - - same as one given to us on the 14th! They now are to call back - - we will see

It’s cheap junk. But in more detail we had a compressor fail. The company wanted me to ship them the entire condenser unit which is the outside section, they would confirm it was bad and would fix it or send me another unit. I would have to pay the shipping which was going to cost around $700-800. I bought the whole system for $1000. So I asked what it would cost for just the outside unit. They said $800. They are extremely slow at responding so all of this took months. I replied back that I would like to buy the new ac unit even though my unit has a warranty it wasn’t worth the cost to ship it. They still haven’t responded. To my email that I sent in regards to wanting to buy a new unit so I bought a different unit. Ran me about $1200. Free shipping and arrives in a few days. DONT BUY THE AUX brand. If you do after reading this that’s definitely a short between the thermostat and the floor.
Desired outcome: Better customer service to any other customer who blindly buys from AuXUSA
