Case # 05259300 e-ticket 0552109149905 flt#AZ630 Rome/fco to Miami/miaI paid for two business class round trip tickets for myself and my significant other Linda Walsh Both the seats equipment failed, seats would not recline so we could not lay down, there was no video screen that would allow me to watch a movie, the overhead lights would not go on, The power was shorting out even though the crew worked very hard to fix the problem. t Crew was very apologetic and assured me that they would submit a report to customer service for me to be compensated.

Desired outcome: I paid over $9,000.00 for two business class tickets. The people in Economy had movie screens, lights, and seats that would lean back. Our business class tickets had none of the economy conveniences.
