The printer I received appears to be faulty. Despite following the setup and usage instructions provided, I have encountered persistent issues, including extremely long warming up periods (up to 45 minutes), leaking inks, random error codes, poor ink curing, poor color accuracy and more. The tech support has taken way longer than expected "next business day tech visit" to respond. These problems have significantly impeded the functionality of the printer, hindered its intended purpose and put me in bad situations with my clientss. Recently after having the serial number of the printer (MY17G2T00J) checked I learned that HP has released a retrofit kit that is supposed to fix known issues. That means it's a known fact that the model is faulty.

Smooth Shopping, But Checkout Can Be a Hassle
Shopin was good but getin out was kinda tuff. I forgot my password, so had to do a whole reset thing. Its was a pain in the butt. Then wen I tryed to use my Paypal, it didn't work and I had to go back and do it again. I know lots of places make ya login b4 you buy stuff, but I don't get why its gotta be so hard. Like, I'm tryin to give you my money, so make it easy, ya know? Anyways, just thought I'd let ya know.

Site's okay n' all, but it gave me a bit of a headache signin' in since it didn't recognise my email address, even though I've used it for years. Orderin' wasn't smooth either, had to do a bit of searchin' for what I wanted, like the gallery wrap glue which should've been under "gallery wrap accessories" in my opinion. Ended up havin' to call in to find it 'cause the search just wouldn't bring it up even though it should've since it's called "gallery wrap glue". The search engine did bring it up when I just searched for "glue" though, but ain't that weird? Usually, search engines bring up results for every word you put in, not just one, ya know. Oh, and one of the gallery wrap bars looked like it might be outta stock, hope it won't hold up the rest of my order. Overall, it's a decent site, but could use a bit of improvement.
IT Supplies Website Review: New Site, New Problems
Been buying stuff from IT Supplies for a hot minute now and can't deny that I'm a bit torn on their new website. The old one was my jam, you know? All my information was saved and my order history was right there, ready to use. But the new one made me redo everything, including my password. No biggie on the password, but I was pretty bummed when I discovered my order history was gone. I rely on that to keep track of what I've bought before and to make sure I get the same thing again. Not having it on the new site feels like a punch to the gut, yo.

I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with my recent experience with IT Supplies. I mean, I was expecting a package that I ordered from their website. But when I tracked it, it said it was delivered and left in the lobby of my office building. But when I went down to the lobby to check, there was no package to be found! And you know how it is, no one takes responsibility in these situations. The courier said there was some issue with the elevator, but honestly, it had been working just fine that day.
So I was pretty bummed out, thinking my package was lost forever. But then, lo and behold, I decided to swing by my office on a Sunday, even though I don't normally work on weekends. And what do I find in the lobby? My package! It was just chilling there, on the floor, like it had been the whole time. Now, I know the lobby is pretty unattended, but you'd think someone would have noticed it at some point, right? There was only one other business open on Friday, and they swear they didn't see anything.
Anyway, it all ended well, but I can't say I'm too thrilled with IT Supplies right now. I just wish they had communicated better with me, or maybe used a different courier service. But hey, at least I got my package in the end.
Frustrating Ordering Experience with Misleading Stock Information and Inconvenient Website Navigation
I gotsta say, I had a bit of a struggle with yer fancy new website. Every time I came back, it made me reset my dang password. Ain't nobody got time for that, ya know? And to be honest, I ain't a fan of how ya organized the website either. It took me way too long to find what I was lookin' for.
Anyhow, once I finally found that note card stock, I put in my order and was feelin' pretty good about things. But then the next day, I found out they didn't even have 'em in stock! And lord knows when they'd be gettin' more. So I had to settle for some other product that didn't even match my existing inventory. And let me tell ya, feedin' that dang thing into my printer one sheet at a time was a real pain in the you-know-what. Misfeeds left and right, hot dang.
Ya know, I ain't exactly thrilled with how things turned out. But I do gotta give props to yer staff for workin' hard to help me out. At least there's that.
IT Supplies Review: Website Updates Caused Order Issues and Suggestion for Improvement
So, I gotta say, I had a rough time with IT Supplies. Don't get me wrong, the website is cool and all, but boy did I have a headache with their updates! See, I placed an order for ink, but I ended up ordering the wrong one. I was supposed to get BK for my sc f6070, but instead, I got HDK. And let me tell you, it was a mess! I wish the website had warned me beforehand that I was ordering the wrong thing. But oh well, what's done is done. I realize it was my bad, but the system upgrade didn't make things any easier either. I mean, it's like leaving a hot pan on the counter - not a good idea!
Anyway, I have a suggestion for IT Supplies. They should make it so that users have to register their equipment. That way, we won't be able to order consumables that don't match our registered equipment. It seems like a no-brainer to me, but what do I know?
Now, I know I messed up, but I'm hoping IT Supplies can help ease the pain a little bit. I mean, maybe they could credit my last order? That would be super nice of them. I'm not holding my breath, but a girl can dream, right?
Overall, I'd say that IT Supplies is a solid website, but they could definitely use some improvements. Hopefully, they'll take my feedback into consideration!
IT Supplies: Great Stock, Frustrating Shopping Process
I gotta say, IT Supplies wasn't the easiest shopping experience I've had. I had to reset my password four times - what a hassle! And to top it off, when I finally got the reset link, it said it was only valid for 24 hours. Talk about pressure!
I figured I'd save some time by paying with my Amazon account, but nope - turns out they wanted a different email address than the one I used for IT Supplies. Why can't everything just be linked up already?
After that debacle, I decided to just pay with my credit card. Mistakes were made (hey, I'm only human!) but even when I did everything right, some of the payment pages just froze up and left me wondering what happened. And then I got that message that said I'd already submitted the form, which was a real head-scratcher.
All that frustration makes me really hope that I only ended up submitting one order and not a bunch of duplicates. But hey, at least the website had everything I needed in stock.

I've been a regular customer of IT Supplies for quite some time now. Unfortunately, my experience with their website, Atlex, has been rather slow and difficult lately. Even when I manage to sign in, there are still issues that make it hard for me to shop with ease.
To make matters worse, I recently ordered some paper, only to find out that it arrived damaged. It's been some time since I lodged a complaint, but it hasn't been resolved yet. This isn't the first time I've received damaged paper either. It is a persistent problem.
On the bright side, I do think IT Supplies offers some great products. I often use their Simply Elegant option, though I've noticed Ilford's prices are higher. To be honest though, I'm considering switching back to Ilford because of the damage issues.
Given that I usually have to pay for shipping, I decided to try B&H for some other inks that I needed. Even though their prices were almost the same as IT Supplies, I was really lucky to find B&H offering free shipping. Moreover, I also ordered the same type of ink cartridge from B&H at a price that was $24 cheaper than IT Supplies.
It's not that I no longer value IT Supplies as a customer. I simply can't wrap my head around why they charge me so much, given the ongoing issues with their website and the recurring problem of damaged paper. I hope they'll take some crucial steps to address these concerns so that I can continue being a loyal customer.
Disappointed Customer: IT Supplies Website Needs Improvement
Website isn't as good as it used to be. It's hard to buy more than one ink at a time on the same page and it's confusing to navigate back and forth. Sometimes there isn't even an "add to cart" button and only one ink gets added to the cart even if more were selected. It's a hassle trying to find the right ink. Even though my address was saved, I got an error message saying it had changed and I had to re-enter my credit card information a second time. The old website was much better and I could easily select all the inks I needed on one page and quickly check out. Shopping on this website was frustrating and it wasted my time. I've been a regular customer for a long time and I remember how good IT Supplies shopping used to be.
