This website is not the easiest to purchase from. I always get so annoyed when I have to enter my credit card details. There are too many fields to fill out and it's a pain to scroll down to get to each section. The worst part is when I miss one section, like the CVC code, and I have to start all over again. It's such a waste of time and it makes me really mad.

I thought I had ordered some ink a few days ago and was excited for it to arrive. But when it didn't come, I checked my account and discovered that my order was still in the cart. I couldn't believe it! I remember typing in my credit card details multiple times, but obviously, I must have missed something. I'm so frustrated.

Despite all these issues, I still like this website. They have great service and always deliver my ink and paper quickly. I just wish they would make the ordering process easier for their customers. It would save me so much time and hassle.

Yo, so I stumbled upon IT Supplies aka itsupplies.com while tryna find some ink for my printer. Apparently they bought out Atlex, which is where I usually go for my printing needs. I ain't sure if I've bought from them before, but I plugged in my business email addy and it said I had an account. Sweet, right? Except I couldn't reset the password using their system, so I had to use one of my personal email accounts to complete the transaction. Basically, the tool would act like it recognized my email addy, but then give me a blanked out password in a pop up window. I clicked on it and nada happened. I was hoping they'd send me an email with password reset instructions, but nope.

IT Supplies is a pretty decent online retailer of printing supplies. I used to be a regular customer of Color HQ before IT Supplies acquired them. I needed Epson 24/36" Roll Paper and K2 Ink for my work and Color HQ would always ship it to me from their Chicago stock. One of the best things about ordering from Color HQ was that I would typically receive my order in just 1-2 business days without having to pay anything extra for expedited delivery. Moreover, their delivery was very consistent, as I could always count on receiving my orders on time.

However, after IT Supplies took over, I started facing some issues with the delivery time. It now takes around 3-5 business days to get an order, which is quite longer than it used to be. My recent experience with IT Supplies was not very good either. In fact, my last order was canceled and refunded after 3 days due to some system issues. According to the customer support, the system thought that my address was outside the country, which was not true. It was really frustrating, and I had to wait for another 8 days to receive my order, including the overnight delivery that was offered by their support team.

I have mixed feelings about IT Supplies. On the one hand, I appreciate their efforts to provide quality products and services to their customers. However, on the other hand, I am disappointed with the recent changes to the delivery time and the issues I faced with my last order. I used to like Color HQ because they were very consistent and fast, but my experience with IT Supplies has not been the same so far. I am hoping that they will improve their services and become more consistent and faster at fulfilling orders. I will give them another chance and see how they perform on my next order.

Searchin' fo' inks be a hassle at IT Supplies. Used to be easier, but now I gotta use part numbers n' multi keyword searches fo' Epson XP n' Artisan printers. Sometimes, tha part number only brings up one ink n' I gotta search separately fo' tha multipack or additional colors. Fo' tha Artisan 825, I can only find tha cartridges wit a part number or by searching fo' Artisan 700 (even tho 825 is in tha cartridge name!).

I been a customer fo' a mighty long time, but almost went elsewhere until I thought to type in tha cartridge number. (I gotta admit, I thought maybe IT Supplies wasn't carryin' cartridges fo' older printers.)

Thankfully, shoppin' from a previous order was helpful, but sometimes I still can't find what I need. Nevertheless, IT Supplies still does a great job and I'll keep comin' back fo' more!

I was a bit unsure if I should go with this company, but after seeing they had great ratings on Reseller Ratings, I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did because I am looking forward to receiving the product and giving them further good reviews.

I received the printer and had some trouble setting it up, so I called ColorHQ for assistance. They were unable to provide me with a direct solution, but they were incredibly polite and patient. They even put me in contact with Canon and told me to call back if I still needed help. After speaking with Canon, I discovered that my issue was just a case of user error, or as I like to call it, "I biffed it."

After some re-training, everything worked just as advertised. I cannot fault ColorHQ for not having a solution to my particular issue. Their support was professional, patient, and good.

Your buckaroo website, where ya'll sell art supplies and such, can be a bit of a doozy when trying to search for a specific product. Trying to find some "gallery wrap stretcher bars" was like trying to lasso a wild stallion, not recognized by the search terms. Now, I may not be no tech wiz, but I reckon most folks would give up and head on down to the next corral if they can't find what they're looking for, ya hear?
I had to go on a veritable treasure hunt just to find what I needed. Now, don't get me wrong, I've ordered from ya'll before and I think ya'll have some mighty fine products, but the website's search and organization needs some sprucing up.
First off, ya'll need to broaden the search terms, ya know what I mean? Use some words that folks would actually look for. And when it comes to organization, some products are all mixed up, like a buncha cattle stampeding in all directions. I mean, who goes from 8 inch to 24 inch to 14 inch when looking for stretchers? It would sure help if ya'll put them in some sorta sequence or hierarchy, like organizing cattle in a corral.
And another thing, when I was looking for some canvas, only one width came up for a specific type and the others were buried in some other part of the site. Now, that's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Ya'll need to make it easier for us customers, ya hear? I'm just trying to lend a hand, even though it was a frustrating experience for me, a loyal customer who's used your products plenty of times. It took me too dang long to find what I was looking for, and that's no bull. Alright, gotta skedaddle now.

I suscribed to IT Supplies page and bought a sublimation printer for my business. Even though I'm not very experienced in the field of sublimation, I was decided to level up my business with this new equipment. I gotta tell you, Deonna and Amber from IT Supplies have been amazing. I was pleasantly surprised when Deonna checked in with me to see if I actually knew anything about sublimation. Usually, companies don't care much about customer's experience with their products, but Deonna was very knowledgeable and courteous. She also referred me to Amber, who is a print specialist. Amber has been so helpful, I truly appreciate it. I had a lot of questions and concerns, but Amber answered all my emails and explained everything in great detail. She was extremely patient with me, since I'm not very tech savvy. She even helped me overcome some of the hang-ups I had with sublimation, something that no one had ever taken the time to do before. The customer service at IT Supplies is really something else. I'm really happy with my choice to purchase my sublimation printer from them and I will definitely buy from them again because customer service is everything to me. Deonna and Amber are the best! So, if you're thinking of buying something from IT Supplies, don't hesitate, you won't regret it!

It Supplies is the real deal. If you're looking for a company who's got the lowest prices and the best customer service in the game, then you've found your match. I've been ordering from them for over a year now, and they never fail to impress me. I order frequently and their customer service is always a pleasure to work with. I purchased a Canon printer from It Supplies a few weeks ago, and I used it for two weeks straight. Then, I didn't use it for a couple of days and I left it in an area of my house that wasn't ideal for its storage. When I went to use it again, it started printing black ink splotches all over the paper. I was freaking out. But, because it was Saturday, I decided to take a couple of photos of the issue and email them to Bob. I figured he would get back to me the following week. But, to my surprise, my phone rang at 10:15am and it was Bob! On a Saturday! Bob was there to help me out and I couldn't believe it. I was blown away.

So, go ahead and give It Supplies a try. You won't be disappointed. They've got the best prices and the best customer service possible. Thanks, It Supplies, for being so awesome.

The printer I received appears to be faulty. Despite following the setup and usage instructions provided, I have encountered persistent issues, including extremely long warming up periods (up to 45 minutes), leaking inks, random error codes, poor ink curing, poor color accuracy and more. The tech support has taken way longer than expected "next business day tech visit" to respond. These problems have significantly impeded the functionality of the printer, hindered its intended purpose and put me in bad situations with my clientss. Recently after having the serial number of the printer (MY17G2T00J) checked I learned that HP has released a retrofit kit that is supposed to fix known issues. That means it's a known fact that the model is faulty.

Shopin was good but getin out was kinda tuff. I forgot my password, so had to do a whole reset thing. Its was a pain in the butt. Then wen I tryed to use my Paypal, it didn't work and I had to go back and do it again. I know lots of places make ya login b4 you buy stuff, but I don't get why its gotta be so hard. Like, I'm tryin to give you my money, so make it easy, ya know? Anyways, just thought I'd let ya know.

Ya know, I gotta say I'm pretty unimpressed with IT Supplies. I've been trying to place an order for some printer cartridges and it's been a total headache. I talked to this customer service person who said something about a merger with Atlex and how it's supposed to be easier now. Well, let me tell ya, it's anything but easy. I don't even know if I've accidentally ordered the same thing twice! And to top it off, they gave me some weak password that anyone could guess. Now I gotta go and try to change it myself. Pretty frustrating experience so far.

Site's okay n' all, but it gave me a bit of a headache signin' in since it didn't recognise my email address, even though I've used it for years. Orderin' wasn't smooth either, had to do a bit of searchin' for what I wanted, like the gallery wrap glue which should've been under "gallery wrap accessories" in my opinion. Ended up havin' to call in to find it 'cause the search just wouldn't bring it up even though it should've since it's called "gallery wrap glue". The search engine did bring it up when I just searched for "glue" though, but ain't that weird? Usually, search engines bring up results for every word you put in, not just one, ya know. Oh, and one of the gallery wrap bars looked like it might be outta stock, hope it won't hold up the rest of my order. Overall, it's a decent site, but could use a bit of improvement.

Been buying stuff from IT Supplies for a hot minute now and can't deny that I'm a bit torn on their new website. The old one was my jam, you know? All my information was saved and my order history was right there, ready to use. But the new one made me redo everything, including my password. No biggie on the password, but I was pretty bummed when I discovered my order history was gone. I rely on that to keep track of what I've bought before and to make sure I get the same thing again. Not having it on the new site feels like a punch to the gut, yo.

I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with my recent experience with IT Supplies. I mean, I was expecting a package that I ordered from their website. But when I tracked it, it said it was delivered and left in the lobby of my office building. But when I went down to the lobby to check, there was no package to be found! And you know how it is, no one takes responsibility in these situations. The courier said there was some issue with the elevator, but honestly, it had been working just fine that day.

So I was pretty bummed out, thinking my package was lost forever. But then, lo and behold, I decided to swing by my office on a Sunday, even though I don't normally work on weekends. And what do I find in the lobby? My package! It was just chilling there, on the floor, like it had been the whole time. Now, I know the lobby is pretty unattended, but you'd think someone would have noticed it at some point, right? There was only one other business open on Friday, and they swear they didn't see anything.

Anyway, it all ended well, but I can't say I'm too thrilled with IT Supplies right now. I just wish they had communicated better with me, or maybe used a different courier service. But hey, at least I got my package in the end.

And lord knows when they'd be gettin' more. So I had to settle for some other product that didn't even match my existing inventory. And let me tell ya, feedin' that dang thing into my printer one sheet at a time was a real pain in the you-know-what. Misfeeds left and right, hot dang.

Ya know, I ain't exactly thrilled with how things turned out. But I do gotta give props to yer staff for workin' hard to help me out. At least there's that.

So, I gotta say, I had a rough time with IT Supplies. Don't get me wrong, the website is cool and all, but boy did I have a headache with their updates! See, I placed an order for ink, but I ended up ordering the wrong one. I was supposed to get BK for my sc f6070, but instead, I got HDK. And let me tell you, it was a mess! I wish the website had warned me beforehand that I was ordering the wrong thing. But oh well, what's done is done. I realize it was my bad, but the system upgrade didn't make things any easier either. I mean, it's like leaving a hot pan on the counter - not a good idea!

Anyway, I have a suggestion for IT Supplies. They should make it so that users have to register their equipment. That way, we won't be able to order consumables that don't match our registered equipment. It seems like a no-brainer to me, but what do I know?

Now, I know I messed up, but I'm hoping IT Supplies can help ease the pain a little bit. I mean, maybe they could credit my last order? That would be super nice of them. I'm not holding my breath, but a girl can dream, right?

Mistakes were made (hey, I'm only human!) but even when I did everything right, some of the payment pages just froze up and left me wondering what happened. And then I got that message that said I'd already submitted the form, which was a real head-scratcher.

All that frustration makes me really hope that I only ended up submitting one order and not a bunch of duplicates. But hey, at least the website had everything I needed in stock.

I've been a regular customer of IT Supplies for quite some time now. Unfortunately, my experience with their website, Atlex, has been rather slow and difficult lately. Even when I manage to sign in, there are still issues that make it hard for me to shop with ease.

To make matters worse, I recently ordered some paper, only to find out that it arrived damaged. It's been some time since I lodged a complaint, but it hasn't been resolved yet. This isn't the first time I've received damaged paper either. It is a persistent problem.

On the bright side, I do think IT Supplies offers some great products. I often use their Simply Elegant option, though I've noticed Ilford's prices are higher. To be honest though, I'm considering switching back to Ilford because of the damage issues.

Given that I usually have to pay for shipping, I decided to try B&H for some other inks that I needed. Even though their prices were almost the same as IT Supplies, I was really lucky to find B&H offering free shipping. Moreover, I also ordered the same type of ink cartridge from B&H at a price that was $24 cheaper than IT Supplies.

It's not that I no longer value IT Supplies as a customer. I simply can't wrap my head around why they charge me so much, given the ongoing issues with their website and the recurring problem of damaged paper. I hope they'll take some crucial steps to address these concerns so that I can continue being a loyal customer.

Website isn't as good as it used to be. It's hard to buy more than one ink at a time on the same page and it's confusing to navigate back and forth. Sometimes there isn't even an "add to cart" button and only one ink gets added to the cart even if more were selected. It's a hassle trying to find the right ink. Even though my address was saved, I got an error message saying it had changed and I had to re-enter my credit card information a second time. The old website was much better and I could easily select all the inks I needed on one page and quickly check out. Shopping on this website was frustrating and it wasted my time. I've been a regular customer for a long time and I remember how good IT Supplies shopping used to be.
