After waiting 1hr and 50minutes on hold the Customer service rep couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. She was rude and kept interrupting when I tried to talk (conversation lasted less than 2 minutes once they finally answered). I understand that they are busy, however I assume when it was my "turn" on the call I would have a chance to ask my question and have my time. Totally unprofessional and and a waste of 2hrs of my time to get no resolution. I'm sure they would not want to be treated the same way.
Recommendation: More courteous Customer Service reps or proper training.
