This is a scam. It was suposed to be a $1.00 trial offer for rent to own info. Instead they took *** from my account and provided no service.

I didn't give any stars, it's a scam. I called the 800 number to remove myself from their system, but they lowered the amount to scam my cash app from *** to ***. They tried to scam me even after I called to cancel.

I got a call from one of their customer service reps within five minutes of being on their website. The phone rep was rude! I asked them not to call my phone so many times every day. The rep said "DEAL WITH IT"! And then hung up on me.

Scammers! Wen they call u, they try to get u to sign for a credit score improvement program, cuz ur score aint "good enuf" (they said that bout an 818 score). Once u pass that hurdle, its like Mario Bros, try to beat the next level-boss, better known as supervisor...

These guys are chargin' me *** a month now for nothin'! They show houses that ain't rent to own houses and they're just scammin' me and others. I tried to cancel the subscription but they just charged my account AGAIN! I want this to stop and I want my money back ASAP! I want no more contact or anythin' to do with these guys! They're really dishonest and charged with fraud! They don't do anythin' they advertise. False advertisin'! My name's *** and I wanna be taken off any subscription with iRentToOwn right away.

I hadn't even finished settin' up a trial account (7 day), hadn't even given 'em me credit card number yet, and bam! I get me first third party spam call? They said they got number from iRentToOwn, Wow! At least I was able to talk to a iRentToOwn customer service agent without a long wait, he also said he was cancelin' out me phone number and account. What account? I reckon though that it is to late 'cause I reckon I just had another one (spam call), while I was writin' this review. So good people, think carefully before signin' up with this web site, It may cost ya more than just the $49 a month...

Irenttoown.com took $49.60 out of my spending account on 08/06/22. I didn't authorize this payment. Despite many calls, I couldn't get an answer. Finally, I realized it was a rent-to-own site.

I filled out a form for them to contact me, but they keep calling me three times a day. When I tell them I'm not interested because I found a home, they just hang up on me. How can I remove my name from their calling list? They call me in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

If I had known the ad was deceiving me, I wouldn't have paid the 1$ with my credit card. They ended up charging me almost $50 for something I was just curious about. I called irenttoown.com three days ago and told the lady from your company that I don't want to rent to own a home anymore. I also mentioned that I don't want your service program anymore. She asked me why, and I explained that my husband and I want to get a mortgage loan from the bank to buy a home directly. However, today you guys took money from my debit card, even after I clearly stated that I don't want rent to own anymore. I would appreciate it if you could refund my money. Thank you.

On January 22nd, I tried out irenttoown.com for a week for just a dollar. But, I couldn't log in, so I canceled it on the same day. When I called them in February, they said I didn't even have an account with them. I've been calling every month since then, but they won't give me my money back or cancel it. Finally, in August, I got an email saying it was canceled, but they're still taking money out each month. Last month, I canceled my debit card, but somehow they got my new card number. Maybe they have spyware or something.

I've been dealing with IRENTOWN.COM for a while now, and they've been trying to take money from my account. I've tried to cancel, but no luck. I received a text notification that they attempted to withdraw ***, so I blocked it and got a new debit card, thinking it would solve the problem. However, today on 08/20/2022, I received another notice that they tried to pull *** from my account using MY NEW CARD. How did they get my card number? There's something fishy going on with this company. I want this to stop, but I'm at a loss for what to do next. It seems like no matter how many cards I get, they'll always find my new number. I just found out today, June 16th, 2022, that my property was listed on this website for rent to own. Someone unexpectedly showed up at my door, wanting to see the property. I double-checked and confirmed that it was indeed listed. My property is not up for sale or rent, and I don't appreciate people showing up at my door asking to view it. I want my property address taken off this site. I have no interest in doing business with this website and I don't want any further contact with them or their owners. I kindly request the ComplaintsBoard.com's assistance in making the owners of this website stop listing my property.

I didn't even know who this company was until they took money from my bank account without my permission on the 23rd of March. When I called to dispute the charge, I got a really rude representative who didn't help me at all. I asked to talk to a supervisor multiple times during the call, but they refused. So, I went online and canceled an account I didn't even know I had, thinking the problem was resolved. Surprisingly, I got a refund the next day, but today I discovered that the money was taken out of my account again within the same week. This company has sketchy business practices and is trying to steal people's money.
