iPostal1 We relocated from one city to another and then to a third city

We relocated from one city to another and then to a third city. Within a few months, our mail delivery became disorganized. We discovered iPostal1 online and we are extremely satisfied. I receive an email notification whenever we receive mail, and the setup and pickup process is quick and easy. The staff at iPostal1 is fantastic and very supportive. It didn't take long to have all our mail forwarded to one location. Additionally, the price is unbeatable.

iPostal1 I really like their service because it is easy and convenient to use

I really like their service because it is easy and convenient to use. However, it took me a while to complete my notary process, and even after completing it, I was asked to do it again through email, which I think was a mistake. My suggestion is that the company should hire more support staff to help them handle things more efficiently and speed up the process. Overall, I have had a positive experience using iPostal1 and it has added value to my needs.

This postal service has been very helpful despite the challenges I have faced in receiving all my mail. The service provider does not acknowledge my personal mailbox linked to the street address of Parcel Plus. As a result, my mail arrives without the assigned number, and the owners of this establishment have to accept and store the mail without any identifying number, only using my name. I am thankful for their cooperation in handling this issue.

I can't express enough how satisfied I am with the iPostal1 post office at *** in ***, *** County . As we were planning our permanent move to Europe, we had a lot of things to consider, and mail processing was at the top of our list. The information about iPostal1 packages that we found online was easy to understand, and our local provider was able to answer any additional questions we had. Five weeks before our move, we decided to set up and test everything in advance, and the local staff was incredibly helpful. Our daily mail is still being processed according to our specific instructions, and even when we make a mistake, the staff at the mail center is always flexible and helpful. We really appreciate the efficiency of the online tools and the open communication with this location. The partnership between iPostal1 and *** is fantastic!

iPostal1 Mixed Experience with iPostal1: Pricing and App Need Improvement

I gotta say, I had a bit of a hiccup with iPostal1 at first. I was trying to get my mails scanned, but it wasn't happening. I was getting a bit frustrated, but I reached out to their support team and they were able to fix it for me. It did take them about a week to do it, but hey, at least it got resolved.

Now, let's talk about pricing. I gotta be honest, I think it's a bit expensive for scanning. I mean, I get that they're providing a service, but still, it's a bit steep.

I did have a bit of an accident with a package that I was trying to turn around and send back before it got to me. I tried to get iPostal1 or UPS to help me out, but unfortunately, it didn't work out. I don't really use this service for receiving packages anyways, so it's not a huge deal. It would be nice if there was a setting where I could opt out of receiving packages altogether though. The accident happened because I used my billing address instead of my shipping address.

Now, let's talk about the app. It's not the best, but it gets the job done. I did have some trouble adding packages for shipping and scanning through the app though. It just wasn't working properly, so I had to go through the website instead.

Overall, iPostal1 is decent and does what I need it to do. I'm still not sure if I'll stick with them long term though. I might look for another service that has a better app or pricing.

I recently discovered iPostal1 and I must say, I am impressed with the option of having a virtual address for my business. It's a great way to maintain privacy and professionalism without having to disclose my personal address. However, I was hoping for an even more discreet option where my residential address would be hidden behind the virtual address. I'm not sure if this is possible, but it would be a great feature to have for added protection.

I haven't had anything sent to my virtual address yet, as I prefer to have my mail delivered directly to my residential address. I'm not sure if there's an additional charge for having mail forwarded from the virtual address to my home address, but it would be helpful to know if this is an option.

I did have a bit of trouble navigating the website when I accidentally added the virtual address as a pickup location instead of my residential address through a shipping site. I was charged for shredding the form that was sent to the virtual address, which was a bit confusing. iPostal1 Shoutout to Shannon: A Customer Service Rockstar at iPostal1!

Yo, iPostal1 peeps,

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Shannon for being a total rockstar. She was super chill and helpful when I called in with some questions about my account. She really took the time to listen to me and make sure she understood what I was asking. And even though I was kinda all over the place with my questions, she stayed patient and kept her cool.

Honestly, I was about to bounce from iPostal1 because I hadn't heard back from anyone for like three days. And the FAQs on the website weren't really cutting it for me. But Shannon totally turned things around for me. She made me feel like my business was important to you guys, and that's a big deal to me.

It's not every day you come across someone who's so good at customer service. So I hope you guys know how lucky you are to have Shannon on your team. She's a real asset, and I hope you're treating her right.

I recently had an experience with iPostal1 that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had received a package at their location and went to pick it up without realizing that I was supposed to schedule a pickup beforehand. The instructions on their website were not very clear, and I found it difficult to navigate.

When I arrived at the location, I was informed that I should have scheduled a pickup beforehand. I apologized and said that I would do so in the future. However, I was surprised to find out later that I had been charged extra for package storage that I had already picked up. I was confused and frustrated by this, as I had already received the package and did not understand why I was being charged for storage.

When I called to inquire about the charge, the owner of iPostal1 told me that he had instructed me to schedule a pickup beforehand. However, I did not recall receiving this instruction, and I found his tone to be rude and unhelpful. I was disappointed by the lack of clarity and communication on their part, and I felt that I had been unfairly charged for something that was not my fault.

Overall, I was not satisfied with the service that I received from iPostal1. While I appreciate the convenience of having a virtual mailbox, I believe that their website and instructions could be clearer and more user-friendly. iPostal1 iPostal1 Review: Terrible Service, High Costs, and Complicated Processes

This company, iPostal1, was a real headache for me. I had to spend over an hour on the phone with a tech just to sign up, and even then, the view of my received mail was so small that it was almost impossible to use. On top of that, the scanning costs were outrageously high, and it was a complicated process just to find out how much they would charge me for shipping.

To make matters worse, their 2-day shipping option took a whopping 5 days to reach me, and when I requested an invoice, it took them a full 11 days to respond to my ticket. And if you think that's bad, just wait until you try to close your account and get your mail shipped to you.

Despite what their website says, if you consolidate and ship your mail and then close your account, they won't actually ship your mail to you. Instead, you have to re-open your account, pay for another month, and then wait for them to ship your mail (which could take several weeks). It's a nightmare for seniors or RVers who are traveling and need their mail quickly.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The service is terrible, and if a company can't respond to your inquiries within 15 minutes, it's time to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress and pay a little extra for a company that actually cares about its customers.

iPostal1 iPostal1: The Reliable and Friendly Mailbox and Virtual Address Service You Need!

My experience with iPostal1 has been great! I have been using their services for a while now and I have to say that they are very attentive and responsive to all my questions. They always respond quickly and clearly, which is very important to me. However, what I love the most is my mail location! It is located at 4231 Balboa Ave #1178 San Diego, CA 92117 and it is soooo friendly and welcoming! The people there are nice and seem to enjoy working there. They even have coffee and couches, which is a nice touch.

I also have a mailbox at Staples on Kearny Mesa Rd and it meets my expectations as well. However, I had a bit of a difficult time adding another person to my account. Staples insisted that I come in person to provide a form that I only had online. Unfortunately, I was not able to access the form while I was there. Eventually, they told me to just email it to them, which is what I had strongly requested to do from the beginning. Apart from that one experience, Staples has been fine. But having the two mailboxes in the same neighborhood, one being stationed at Staples and one at an independent postal annex, has highlighted the difference in approach of big corporations vs small business.

I realize that neither reflects iPostal1, but in a way it does because Staples literally said that nobody thinks about iPostal1 that much. However, I have to disagree with that statement. I think iPostal1 is a great service and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a mailbox or virtual address. The employees at iPostal1 are experienced and focused on doing the right thing. They make the process of getting a mailbox or virtual address very easy and hassle-free.

In conclusion, I am very happy with iPostal1 and my mail location. They have exceeded my expectations and I will continue to use their services in the future. If you are looking for a reliable and friendly mailbox or virtual address service, then look no further than iPostal1!

iPostal1 Frustrating Experience with iPostal1: Poor Communication and Unorganized Process for Mail Pick-Up

I gotta say, I had a pretty frustrating experience with IPostal1. I got a notification that I had some mail ready for pick up, so I called to double check and they said it was all good. I drove all the way out there, which took me like 25 minutes, and picked it up. But then the next day, I got another notification with a picture of the same piece of mail, telling me to come pick it up. I thought it was a mistake, so I ignored it.

But then, like a whole month later, I got a message saying I needed to come pick up the mail or I'd be charged. So I called to check if I had any mail, and they said no. But I was like, "Wait a minute, I got a picture telling me to come pick up the same piece of mail that you said I already picked up." And the person on the phone was like, "Well did you go into the app and request to pick up the mail before you came?" And I was like, "Uh, no, nobody told me I had to do that. When I went to the store, they just handed me the mail."

And then the person was like, "Well, we can't confirm in the system that you picked it up unless you request it through the app." And I was like, "What?! That's ridiculous! Why can't you just input that info when you hand me the mail? And why isn't it made super clear that you have to request the mail before you pick it up?"

Honestly, the whole thing was just super unorganized and the communication was terrible. I'm paying for this service, so I expect a little more from them. They should make it crystal clear what the process is for picking up mail, and the person handing you the mail should ask if you've already requested it through the app. It's just common sense, you know?

iPostal1 Rough Start with iPostal1: My Experience with a Misleading Mailbox Location

I gotta say, I'm pretty satisfied with iPostal1 overall. But, I gotta tell ya, I had a bit of a rough start with 'em. When I first signed up, I was stoked to have a mailbox that I could access from anywhere. I picked a nearby Staples store as my mailbox location, thinkin' it would be super convenient. But, boy, was I wrong.

See, I was waitin' on a letter from Germany, and it never showed up. I waited and waited, and after a month had gone by, I started to get worried. I asked around at my Staples store, even talkin' to the manager, and they all assured me that there was no reason I shouldn't have received my letter. They said the store accepted international mail, no problem.

Well, turns out that was a load of hogwash. Staples stores don't actually accept international mail, and corporate never bothered to tell their own employees that little fact. So, I was left in the dark, wonderin' where my letter had gone. And, to make matters worse, no one at iPostal1 or Staples could give me any answers. I never got any notice that my letter had been rejected or anything like that.

After talkin' to a few different iPostal1 reps, I finally found out that my store definitely wouldn't accept international mail. So, I switched my mailbox location with their help. But, it was too late for my poor letter from Germany. I still don't know where it ended up or how to claim it.

All in all, I'm happy with iPostal1, but that whole situation was a real headache.

iPostal1 Improvement Suggestion: Mark Example Invoices as Such to Avoid Customer Confusion and Loss

I just wanted to share my experience with iPostal1 and bring to your attention an issue that I believe needs to be addressed. I think my feedback is worth a free bonus month, if you catch my drift.

So, here's the thing. When I accessed the help page and clicked on the topic of "how do I pay a past due amount," I was presented with an example invoice. The problem is that this example is not marked as such, and it looks just like an actual invoice for the customer.

Now, you might think this is not a big deal, but let me explain why it is. First of all, the customer is already logged in, so their information and actual account status is available. Secondly, the amount on the invoice is higher than the actual amount that the customer owes, which causes confusion. It seems as if the invoice is correct, and the higher amount is due, and that your company is either over-billing or charging additional fees and such because the amount owed has failed to be satisfied by regular means.

As a new customer, I started to disbelieve the great rate I was being given ($10 per month for me) and started to believe it was a little bait and switch, as most of your competitors do. I thought you were actually billing more with hidden fees, storage fees, late fees, etc.

When I saw the faux invoice for $36 or $26 on my $9.99 monthly correction attempt, I was upset and started shopping for a way to void your services completely. I couldn't reach anyone after hours, and it would take a COVID long time to get a response, and it would most likely happen again anyway.

I was able to pay the $9.99 I owed, and everything was again happy between us. But I want you to know that this issue could have cost you a lot of customers. I have completed thousands of online transactions in the past 10 years, and I am always on guard against being overbilled by charges, fees, add ons, shenanigans, etc. Fees are what keep the big banks in business, with overdraft fees, crazy chain reaction surcharges, etc. We all know the games.

So, my suggestion is to mark the example invoice as such, so that customers don't get confused and think they owe more than they actually do. This simple correction could save you tens, if not hundreds, of lost customers that will never tell you why they quit paying you. In your new service, highly competitive market niche, every lost customer means you need three new customers to make up the loss.
