I have been trying for weeks to cancel my subscription. It seems impossible. I get stuck in an endless loop of trying to verify my identity. The phone number on record no longer exists, and the system will not recognize my ID submissions. I can not find any way to contact the company to try and resolve this. I am incredibly frustrated, and I can't get anyone to answer me or respond. Even the bots just respond, sorry I can't help you with this issue, can I show you our products.

Recommendation: Don't use this company EVER!
