They have knowledge about programs to help and unlike other places I called looking for advice they did not ask for payment to answer the questions I had. I work with Champion as a vendor and took a risk and asked Michelle Smith what I should do. I just needed to file one year, but was missing a W-2. She got on the phone with me and the team, twenty minutes later they were sending me my wage and income statements. She said it was complimentary. She'd do it for anyone. I can't tell you the fear I had in non compliance, not filing my taxes. Fear! She was so cool about it. My stress is gone, she told me to file the taxes as I had done years before and it was resolved. If you have a problem with the team, just call them. These guys are amazing.
