Good Day.

I just want to express my disatisfaction with Intec. I started the course in 2022. My books where in a courier bag when I received them. No welcome note, not notification as what books should be in the package. There was no explanation as to where to write assignments and exams. When it came to submitting my assignment. I had no clue how to go about it. I contacted intec to assist me as to where to i find my assignments to write, how do I write exams, The answers i got was contact ICB. I did contact ICB and they informed that they had nothing to do with assigments. For about 4 months I battled with Intec as to how do I submit my assignment. Seeing as there was no on at Intec that was qualified to assist me. I googled and eventually got it write my self. Then it cam to Computerised bookkeeping, the only book i received was for operations of a computor. There was a flash that had questions and answers and how to load the accounting package. I could not the accounting package loaded. Again I emailed Shadick for assistant. on numerous ocassions. He sent an email to the technical department to contact me. Up to date No one has contacted. Seeing that there was no one at Intec qualified to assist I managed to get an IT company to assist in loading the program. Just to find the when trued to access the flash it said"reache the expiry date" I have been trying for about 4 months for assistance and there is not one that can assist me. So I have waisted my money as i can not complete the course. I have approached SA Accounting Academy and i am going to enrol for the NQF6. I will be posting my dissatisfaction on facebook together with the emails I sent and responses that I received.

Desired outcome: A solution to the problem?????????????????????????????
