I got Unidays, which is supposed to give student discounts to lots of top companies
I got Unidays, which is supposed to give student discounts to lots of top companies. I got two offers that don't work, and when I tried to contact Unidays, they told me to contact the partner companies, who can't help. It's false advertising. One was for a discount to H&M that just didn't work. The other was for a discount for Showtime via Amazon Prime video -- 99cents/month for 12 months. For the Showtime Promo, after several emails with Unidays they tried to tell me that that promotion was no longer active; but it still showed up in my account as active! I sent them an email with screenshots, and got nothing. (Also there was no posted expiration date, or real terms for the offer.) It feels like a scam with very disappointing customer service.

I did a transaction on June 30, 2022 with UniDAYS Website as a college student. They had an ad for Apple Music for $5.99 a month that includes ***. They also said I could get a free Apple Music BEATS FLEX device. But when I tried to get the free device through *** or UNIDAYS, I couldn't do it. The company won't help me get the device. This is not fair. They tricked me into buying *** Music and won't give me the free device. I want them to keep their promise and give me the *** FLEX DEVICE or tell me how to get it.
