I was in the produce area and there was (What I assume to be) a gay couple shopping. An older white haired man, I think his name tag said Curt, walked past them then turned back and gave them a disgusted look. As they left the area I heard him say "[censored]ing [censored]s".in this day and age that is beyond unacceptable. I dont want to shop anywhere that encourages or employs that type of behavior. I didn't see or hear the couple do anything to him. Personal opinions and beliefs do not belong in the workplace like that. Everyone should be treated equally and with respect.

On December 31, 2020 - I was shopping in INGLES at 780 Hendersonville Rd, ASHEVILLE, N.C. I was in one of the Disability Shopping Cart because of my recent knee surgery and I was in aisle 4 when a stock person had the aisle BLOCKED with his warehouse food cart, first he asked me, do I need to get by with my cart and I said YES. Well this Ingles employee REFUSED to move his stock cart and rudely told me to go around. When I asked him to give me his name he refused. When in fact he was NOT wearing a employee name tag and I went to get the 2 managers ( Craig and George). When we went to approach the employee he lied and said he didn't do anything wrong and that he removed his stock cart, well his stock cart was still in the middle of the aisle in which he NEVER MOVED IN THE FIRST PLACE. I'm not sure that anything was done and I filed a verbal Complaint. Mr. CARLOS PAYNE
