Ingles Markets review: A manager

She has been unprofessional with an employee and lying. She trained her employee for gas attendance while she sat on her phone watching tik toks and reading sexual stories. She is a manager. She never said anything to her employee about doing any training videos until he was working there for a month. He works 6am to 3pm and they expect him to be there earlier, but take a while to relieve him. She has started to be very rude to him about finding time to do the videos. She is saying his needs to make time and stay after work to do them. However the employee has a very strict schedule and it was her job to have training videos done when someone is training, that is obvious. It is uncalled for that she did not have him do the training videos while she was with him down there training him. When he told her this stuff, she decided to write him up and lie. She lied saying he was not answering the phone right, claiming he only said "Yeah?" When he would say "Welcome to Ingles gas what can I do for you?" He only forgot to say his name. We believe she is trying to jeopardize his employment so she can continue to sit in the box. Her name is Carrie and she is a manager.
