Dear Sir Madam,
IndusInd Bank has provided a Foreclosure letter(attached) received has been levied with 4% fee which is not acceptable.
I would like to clarify as per the RBI guidelines, there will be no fees for Individuals and also, I am paying off from my own account.
And the loan sanctioned was for my personal and private home improvements and individual expenses only.
Hence please help with the revision of the foreclosure letter to 0 fees and help us send us a revised foreclosure letter urgently. I am incurring huge loss due to the interest accrual and hence this needs to be borne by IndusInd as they have delayed my loan closure.
