InDrive Different car,two QR codes presented for payment

I made Payment tm Payment on two different QR codes, given by the driver of the vehicle Jamil khan stating that the payment was not successful on the first QR code.
I booked cab from Chandi villi for Siddachal Thane today at 530 Pm.. The car assigned to me was different. On successful completion of travel he gave first QR code which was in the name of Razia khan and showed failed payment second was for Bharat pe and finally on both QR codes payment ofRs is 391 was successful. So double payment was charged.

Claimed loss: 391rs

Desired outcome: Refund
