I had purchased a 15day internet esim for mainland China on 31 of august for €46,90. It stated that i could install and use it on arrival in china later. I arrived today in China but my secondary Holafly connection had gone. There was now way i could get it installed. I had to proceed and purchase a physical eSim unfortunately. It’s frustrating to purchase an eSIM expecting it to work upon arrival, only to find it missing and unusable. Since you had to purchase another eSIM, Holafly should definitely address this issue and offer you a refund. Make sure to contact their customer support directly with your order number and explain the situation in detail. Hopefully, they will respond quickly and issue the refund for the service that didn’t work as promised.
