I was really happy with the service and professionalism of Beach Time Rentals. They really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.

Stayed at The Starfish Beach house and it was amazing! The place was updated and had a private heated pool, and many outdoor areas to hang out. Plus, it was just steps away from the beach, which was perfect for me and my hubby. There were also many options for food and drinks nearby. We'll definitely come back!

We been using Beach Time Rentals for a few years now. We trust them cause they know what they're doing and they're always nice to us. They really try to make sure we have a good time on our vacation. They're always there for us if we need help, even in the middle of the night. The places they rent out are always clean and just like they say they are. They always answer our messages fast and it's easy to talk to them. We think they're a great company to rent from when you're on vacation.

Wow, when we got in, it was like we were in a tropical paradise with all the homey feels. Everything we needed was there, and it was super clean. The instructions were easy to follow too. Just two doors down from the best beach ever with sunsets that were out of this world! The private pool was so shiny and lovely. There was plenty of space to park both cars. I was the coolest board member when I showed off the spacious living and dining area. There were so many closets, big rooms, and bathrooms everywhere! You could walk to all the amazing things that Clearwater Beach has to offer. Book it now, and you'll be back for more! They were so easy to work with too. Thanks, Beach Time Rentals, for making memories we'll never forget.

My folks rented a crib from Beach Time Rentals for a vacay at the end of this month (May ). They booked in December and paid their deposit. The paperwork said no refunds, but my dad got diagnosed with end stage pancreatic cancer in mid-February and passed before February ended. I called to cancel the reservation and see if they'd do any refund, even if not fully, given the circumstances. They REFUSED to do ANYTHING other than the $85 fee reimbursement. There was zero compassion, sympathy, or just any general human concern for what our family had just gone through. This was before Covid-19 was prevalent and I find it hard to believe they would have had any issues finding another reservation in our place to make up for losing ours. Bottom line, we will NEVER use this rental company for ANY vacation and we will be telling everyone we know that they are only concerned with money, not their actual customers.

We rented a place in *** Beach in October 2022 and the folks who managed it were Beach Time Rentals. We asked them to heat the pool for us (for a fee, of course) before we got there. We paid $140.00 for it. But when we got there, the pool was still cold. We didn't want to make a fuss, so we waited a day. But it was still cold the next day too. We texted the management and they sent us a photo of the heater and said it was on. We asked them to send someone to check it out, but they said it was just too cold outside for the heater to work. But our neighbors had a warm pool, and theirs was bigger than ours. We even bought a thermometer and sent them a picture of the temperature, but they still said it was too cold outside. We saw that the heater had a message on it that said "Gas Heater is *** Press pool or spa", but we didn't want to make a fuss. We think they just turned the heater on for a minute to take a picture and then turned it off. We feel like we got ripped off by this company. We didn't want to argue with them because we were worried they would charge us for something else later. We have texts and pictures if you want to see them.

Beach Time Rentals canceled my reservation without asking me and kept my $1,100 deposit. I booked a house through VRBO, but Beach Time Rentals said I had to pay with cash or check. VRBO said that was wrong and to only pay with a card. I told Beach Time Rentals this, and they said I could cancel and get my money back if I did it by noon the next day. I said I would cancel if they gave me a full refund, but if not, don't cancel. I wanted to keep my reservation and pay with cash or check. Beach Time Rentals canceled my reservation anyway and kept my money. I tried to talk to them, but they won't answer my calls or texts. I have proof that they canceled my reservation, not me. I didn't want to cancel, but they did it anyway and kept my money. They're not being fair or nice. I want to fix this with them, but they won't talk to me.
