My uncle is having an account in iob, ambattur industrial estate branch (0196) his a/c 019601000036179, he is a mentally retarded person who receives a government pension of rs.2000/- every month. During on the month of may I have a requested to change his account type to bsbd account since he is unable to maintain minimum balance, where his does not even exceeds over rs.30,000/- per year, but till now the account type was not changed and he was charged nearly rs.1000/-
I explained the clear situation to the abm of branch, still received poor service.

Claimed loss: nearly 1000/-

Desired outcome: i need refund and the account should be changed to BSBDA ASAP
