India Yamaha Motor User manual for yamaha mt25

I has bought a yamaha mt 25 motorcycle on march 2021 from the autorised dealer in shah alam, malaysia..
Since i am a new user, the manual book is a very important for me to avoid of misconducted the bike.
Unfortunately the dealer didnt provided me with the printed user manual book and asking me to download and self printing the manual book (about 95 pages)
hereby, i am very disapointed of the yamaha malaysia policies.. And urges to provided the printed user manual book to all the owner..

India Yamaha Motor Yamaha jet nboat

Made extra payments towards principal, these payments were put towards next payment not principal. I called in to let them know I sent a 10, 000 dollar plus check in to be applied to principal. They messed up my account and a week later I get a call saying my boat was up for repossession. After discussion he saw they screwed up. Multiple phone calls, late fees of 150 and bad credit reporting and problem is still not resolved. I never missed a payment and always paid extra. They are terrible and can only tell me they will submit a request to fix it.

India Yamaha Motor Sound Board

Have the telephone number; call it -- we are 3rd in line for 2 hours...when it comes out time ... I notice online it says the hours are CUT BACK -- used to be open until 5 now it's 1 ... I call on a different line/ phone and the lady says oh yes...sorry; people in the Q have to hang up and call back again... look Yamaha --- First, it makes no sense that you have people working from home who need more help ---for you to "cut back" your hours. NExt; this is the 3rd time we've tried to get help and can't get through...so, I am done...I will simply take this 1 year old sound bar back to Costco and let THEM worry about it...bunch of BS!

Desired outcome: Put more than 1 person on the phones and people who actually "care"

India Yamaha Motor Boat engine - serial number 6dax-1042104 model f200xb

I purchased a new Yamaha boat engine ( Model F200XB / Ser. # 6DAX-104204) on a Robalo 21 6/19/2020.
I used the boat and engine for a total of 15 hours.
I launched the boat a few weeks ago and the engine sputtered and died out within a few minutes of outing and began to smoke. I did not hear any audible alarm nor saw any alarm issues on the boat operation console.
I was towed into the dock.
I took boat and engine to a Yamaha dealer at the Kona Coast Marine shop and have dealt with the owner Gary - Ph. [protected] / [protected].
I am told by Gary that the impeller malfunctioned and did not cool engine as a result many parts of the engine melted and burned up much of the engine.
Gary could not find any debris in the impeller nor any external damage that may have caused engine to malfunction.

Desired outcome: Would like to replace the entire 200 Hp engine as soon as possible.

In 25 sept 2020 I finance a motorcycle fzs FI VI the person whos name is saif he work in star yamaha (address:-10, lalbagh opp naza market hazaratganj lucknow 226010 Uttar Pradesh.) He sell me that motorcycle in rupee 1, 25, 088. I pay Down payment 80, 000 thus the left ammount for loan is rupee 45, 088 but he make a loan rupee 47, 000.
So why he approved a loan a rupee 47, 000 instead of rupee 45, 088.
He cheat me. I just want return my rupee 1912..
And please take a action upon Mr. Saif

India Yamaha Motor Yamaha 2018 star venture tc javp38y4000135

My last SVTC JYAVP38Y7JA000033 lasted about 900 miles before it started leaking oil. Yamaha after 3 months of me waiting with no transportation exchanged the lemon for another lemon. My new bike is sitting in the shop since Nov. 4th with no end in site. I paid $27, 000 for a bike I can't ride. Yamaha needs to step up and make it right! I have No transportation but just paid registration and insurance on a bike I own but can't ride. Please help me!

India Yamaha Motor The manager tried to beat me and also abused me with very shameful words

I own R15 2.0 version, I recently serviced my bike from Moharir auto, Nashik, Maharashtra. The manager and the associate tried to argue and tried to beat me but as soon as I turn on recording the video they stopped. I can't attach the video recording but I do have that with me, if you don't take further strict action against them then I am going to file police complaint against them along with Yamaha. The insident took place today 7th November 2020, when after leaving my bike well checked with service center man, they called me that the clutch wire got broke due to their rought handling and said that iam responsible for that. Also I tried to buy the engine oil filter from them, even they had enough stock they denied to sell me, they also told that they will not sell it if I am not doing the work from them. Also while leaving the office the manager and the other person tried to hit me when I denied to sign at service form satisfaction. This is very serious issue which you must take look into.

India Yamaha Motor Yamaha authorised spare parts stockist sold very old, used and electroplated suspension inner tube as brand new.

Rx100 front suspension inner tubes bought from Remya Agencies, authorised yamaha stockist, Kollam, Kerala 691001, found, renovated and electroplated inner tubes packed as brand new original spare parts. Due to the oil leakage found on front suspension again, the workshop people dismantled the inner tubes and found all the electro platings has gone.

So they cheated me by knowingly selling the renovated inner tubes.

I visited jgp yamaha motors at laxmidevipalli, kothagudem.
Pin : 507101.
Dealer name: deepak
service manager: sony +[protected].
Thrice this month.
Every time they are sending me back with silly reasons.
Like no mechanic available.
No spare parts available.
I am losing my faith on your yamaha.
What is this service?
how can you give a dealership to such unethical.
I suggest u to better to stop selling selling yamaha bikes and sell cycles if you are unable to provide service to your own bikes.

I demand an urgent action towards them.

Dear Sir,
After doing a long effort I'll get your mail id.
Sir, I want to inform you that at rishikesh yamaha dealership in concern with dealer he sell the parts above MRP which affect the cream image of your company.
Sir please in your consideration take some action against your dealer as he see the parts above MRP in service vehicle.

the MRP of self motor FZ25 is Rs 5009 but he take Rs 5750 from the customer,
chain set of fz is Rs1420 but he gives Rs1650 bill to customer,
air filter fascino MRP is 149 but he takes 190 from customer,
for brake set he takes Rs381 instead of MRP 281,
and lots more.
I'll also attach the files of his bills which he gives to customer i.e. not a bill but it's tax invoice and he never gives system bill to customer.
Plz take action against the dealer who are making fool of people's behind the name Yamaha.

I wanted to buy fascino. I gave Rs.1000 as advance. Then regarding warranty clause, the agent could not satisfy me. so i dropped my plan to buy. I now ask for my refund of 1000 rupees and no response from them.

India Yamaha Motor fz25 handlebar vibration - due to front wheel issue in new bike

Hi,
I purchased my bike at Jan 1st. I have faced handle bar vibration from my purchasing date and the same day I informed to show room.. they told me to check air. After I comes we ll check on first service. Today I gave service to the same showroom service center nd mentioned issue also.. finally the mechanic called me to told I checked every thing but still vibration is not reduced we are also suspecting issue with the wheel. I feel this issue is happening from first day of purchase. What is may question is How it happens on New bike? Who is responsible for this? Why you are giving this much un quality products? And one more is this bike cross the proper testing? If yes means why they are not found this issue at testing time?

India Yamaha Motor bike service

I gave my bike service on last month 20th dec, they charge me around rs.3320, but not properly serviced, and also I went to receive my bike they forget to fit my silencer guard so I ask them they response rudely.. Too much charges but service was too bad.. They dont know even how to behave to a customer.. I'm owning 2 bike in yamaha one was fz version -2, nd ray zr. So kindly respond me. This is the second time I was insult by your staff.. When I ask about silencer guard they saying to service person easily put two screw and sent him. Even some parts name I dont know what it was. So I ask them they saying you dont know to read english... This is not good kindly take action.

India Yamaha Motor fraud/ wrong practice while servicing

Parts added in the bill without been replaced in the bike,

clutch place replacement labor charge added without any complaint in the clutch or pick up (already replaced in the last service)

Yamalube chain clean 400ml (489 Rs) added in the bill which should not be a single-use product.

charging 2 percent extra on credit card payment which is not correct and they are not showing that in the original bill.

replacing things without thinking once to repair it is not a correct way to deal with any problem anyways.

India Yamaha Motor amount refund

Hi Everyone,

This is to notice you that Sairam motors ( No 882, Sakthi Towers, Ground Floor, MTH Road, Padi, Chennai - 600050, Near Korattur Signal ) is not providing refund / Cheque which I requested.
Reason : Delay and False Promise for bike delivery.
I have ordered Yamaha FZ version 3 on 16th Nov'19 and as per representative ( Karthik ) informed that it will be deliver on same Friday . But it was not deliver as promised and when I called him regarding the status he said still it is in godown and it will take one more week, so I waited but still no go, again I called and check the status - still the same story, so I waited another week and it happen the same for third week. so i request him to cancel the order and he refer me to contact main office, so i went and inform the same but the sale representative ( Priya ) she has promise that amount will be refunded via Cheque but it was not deliver and they made me roaming here and there for two weeks and they did not provide me amount. last Tuesday before Christmas i called COO Manager ( Venkatesh ) regarding the refund and he also promise it will handover by Monday ( 30th Dec'19 ) but still no go, i called from morning onwards no one pick the phone and finally in evening they said they will give cheque.
Kindly take action against Sairam motors ( No 882, Sakthi Towers, Ground Floor, MTH Road, Padi, Chennai - 600050, Near Korattur Signal ) and request them to refund the amount.

I have all the proof with me.

Myself AKHIL.R.S a native from kerala is hereby sending this mail to inform you a complaint regarding poor service provided by one of your service centre in Kerala.I own a Yamaha FZ bike with Reg.No KL-60-K-2667, Unfortunately on September 26 i met with an accident.Accident was severe and my bike was damaged badly.Recovering From the Accident On October 3rd i itself took the bike from the police station after completing all the formalities from there and went to my near by Yamaha service centre.I here by mention the full address of the service centre:-Amnas Motors, Near Telephone Exchange, Beericheri, Trikaripur, Kasaragod, Kerala - 671310.Sir on the behalf of that they promised me my bike will make ready within two months.They told me, they will contact me to bring the key of my bike at the time when my bike's service will start.Until Now the key is with me, No contacts from the service centre till now.I Contacted them several times to know the status of the repairing work and their answer was "Not Yet Started".Sir, the reason Why i send this mail is when i contacted them yesterday i got a new reply"There are pending bikes here till 4 months, So how can we give your bike".So dear sir/madam reading this complaint as a request please do the needful.Please Make it possible to atleat start my bike's work.

India Yamaha Motor gave for service but they broke my side shield of my bike fz25 250cc

Vehicle Ka 02 JT 5369 I had given the bike for service on 8th of November and took back on 9th of November after service. In the middle they broke my side shield tip when I asked them they say that from far you see you can't even see that damage the service center guy says that this is not the first time in facing this issue for first when I left for service near to t.dasarahalli they searched my silencer cap when I asked that guy says the guy who did the service is left the job. Now when I left in rajajinagar these guys have broken my bike side shield every time if they do like we have to do the service from outside from a local simple wasting of time and money when we at authorised service centre they will only brake the parts and they will say sir that is broken this broken and they charge us I need this part to replaced on high priority and I'm not going to pay single penny from my side the amount should be bared from service center waiting for your reply

India Yamaha Motor very poor customer service offered by the officials while selling spare parts

Today, i.e. 12.11.2019 I visited BUDHIA TRADE IMPEX PRIVATE LIMITED at Ranchi to purchase a new meter cable for my Yamaha SS125 bike and the officials (Sanjay, Rishi and Kishan) present there appeared to be very reluctant to entertain me as a customer. They had a very casual attitude and they said to me they needed to identify whether the item was available in their inventory or not. They left me waited for 15 mins and in between on several requests they simply said I needed to wait further. After around 15-20 mins one official named Kishan said that it would take longer to identify the availability of the product since the server isn't working and moreover they cannot sell less than 5 pieces. When I said why couldn't he tell this to me before that they do not sell below five products and simply not waste my time, they did not answer. Only reiterated that they needed to identify first whether the product was available or not which made no sense since they wouldn't sell me the product in 1 quantity. I asked them the complaint no. so that I could escalate the matter of server slowdown to the authority and also enquire about the restrictions of sales of one product, no matter what the value is; since I never ever faced such issues on my previous purchases of Yamaha Genuine products from various outlets such as M.R. Auto Traders, Kolkata who had always been very cordial to their customers. The officials present there did not provide me the complaint number and told me in a very rough voice, "do whatever you can, tell whoever you can, nothing will hapeen". I was awestruck with their arrogant behavior and attitude. They do not have the bare minimum courtsey and do not know how to talk to the customers being in service industry. Being a loyal customer to Yamaha Motor Company for over ten years it really pains me when I see that few of the officials do not have the bare minimum knowledge about how to talk and deal with the customers. Yamaha being one of the pioneers in kyzen and customer satisfaction I expect Yamaha Motor Company will deal with this matter highhandedly so that these things do not occur at their service ends and ruin its reputation.

India Yamaha Motor complaint regarding service of my, scooter on muthoot yamaha trivandrum

This is compliant regarding loss of service guarantee book in your muthoor Yamaha service station at ULLOR, TRIVANDRUM. I had given my Yamaha Fascino scooter for free service on 12/10/2019 Saturday at 9:15 am. They had not informed me after the completion of the service and then on 14/10/2019 only they had messaged me that the service was completed

When I had went to collect my vehicle they told me that the service book of my vehicle was missing.They had made me to wait there for almost 1.5 hours but no result . They told me that they lost the book. So I request you to take immediate action against this irresponsible staff and also find a solution for this problem .I need my book back . please do the needful as soon as possible otherwise I will move legally.

I had not taken my vehicle from the service station.I will only clear my vehicle after solving the issue.
