Imperial Tobacco Australia Parker and simpson blue 20

Hi there...I have had yet again another dud cigarette in my packet of 20s...I buy a week's worth at a time but seem to get at least 1 bad smoke in every 3rd pack the last couple months...I let it go as I know not everything can be perfect but I kept this one to show...a lot go out easily or are not wrapped on filter properly...this is my 2nd one in past week that is broken...I lit it and didn't see the issue til I looked to see why I couldn't work it properly...as you know they aren't cheap and all costs so wondering what can do about it or refund as having hole and slit in them isn't fair especially when aren't cheap...

Imperial Tobacco Australia Jps red 25g pouch

To whom this may concern
I've been buying pouches for a few years now and recently I have been getting alot of stems that are the length of a smoke and longer I found most of the stems in my most recent pouch and thought i had to say something because it's getting ridiculous now so I'm hoping that someone can help me with this reoccurring problem

Imperial Tobacco Australia White ox 25g

Good afternoon to whom it may concern,

Normally I would not go this far to complain, but the last pouch of tobacco I bought which was today 1/10/21 and last week have these big strands in it which are not smokeable and it's abit disappointing as I love white ox,

I didn't worry about the first pouch cause I thought oh its a once off but I've kept this one and took photos to show you.

It is expensive but I will still purchase white ox in the future,
I hope you can help me out on this and maybe send a new pouch if possible.

Imperial Tobacco Australia JPS 30s blue Firm touch filter

I bought a packet of JPS 30s blue firm touch filter and i pulled out a cigarette lit it and next minute i look at my smoke and the only thing in my hand was the filter, the smoke had fallen completely out of the filter as if there's been some kind of fault when they've been made, then i lit another and the same thing happened, all up i've had five faulty smokes in a packet of 30s, i have a photo of one of the last cigarettes that fell apart as i was at work when the first couple fell out

Desired outcome: i would like to think that when you buy a packet of smokes they wouldn’t be faulty as it’s a lot of money to spend on broken smokes

I have been getting a lot of back tar like substance in my tobacco pouches and im over it. It has gotten out of hand and the weight is getting into the grams and is costing me money i can't afford to smoke as it is with prices so high so if I can be refunded the seven packets I purchased that would be good and I'll continue to buy your products thank you very much and stay safe

Imperial Tobacco Australia Faulty product

G'day guys, I'm not really one to complain but this annoyed me lol
Most of the ends of cigarettes I purchased had overlapping paper over the filter and was also making it loose causing the filter to pull out while taking a drag :(

My pouches of riverstone tobacco have quite large clumps of tar in them. I have also found substantial amounts of big pieces of branch among the tobacco. The quality of the product is not what I first encountered when I started using it about 4 years ago

Imperial Tobacco Australia White ox tobacco

I purchased a 25g pouch of white ox a few days ago and was very disappointed to have opened it to find it was about 99% bark and 1% tobacco. I have smoked white ox for about 10 years now and over the years I've noticed more and more bark in pouches but could not believe my eyes when I opened this one. White ox is my favourite tobacco and I'm wondering who I can contact about this problem?

So today i went to get a pack of smokes from iga and when i got out to the car I opened my pack and went to pull them out to put in my cigarette tin and then i noticed 1 of the smokes was only the butt and the rest of smoke wasnt there iv got the video to prove it not good jps hopefully yous can do something about this for me would be greatly appreciated

Imperial Tobacco Australia Jps blue 25g tobacco

I bought this pouch of jps blue 25g tobacco yesterday 23rd September 2021. There was shredded cardboard in the actual tobacco. I can't afford another packet so I took photos as proof and I will smoke the rest of tobacco as I don't have any money to buy anymore. I am disgusted in this incident as I'm a regular jps brand smoker. Look forward to hearing from you.

Over the last 5 pouches of jps endless blue that I purchased from different locations, has been full of stems and what feels and looks like pieces of bark. I changed to jps thinking it was a better brand and of better standards. Not happy or satisfied one bit. Especially when the costs exceed the quality and quantity of the tobacco. The quality has depreciated along with the quantity. Not happy.

Imperial Tobacco Australia White OX

I have just purchased this 50gram white Ox Tobacco from my local food Works in Port Macquarie NSW I have been smoking white Ox for the past 12 years there is so much bark in this packet for the amount that I'm paying $117.55 this is disgusting. The last packet I brought was the same and I thought I just got a bad packet and didn't worry about it. But this time for the amount that I pay for the 50 gram pouch I feel like I should just roll up the bark that fall from the trees. I feel that you people do not care about the product you sell or the customers. I feel over the years the product is failing you and failing me as a loyal consumer. Does your organisation not care about quality control?

To Whom it May Concern

My name is Steve Parkin and I have been a faithful consumer of your product JPS+Crushball Gold for a few years now.

I have never had a problem before and have enjoyed your product. I am writing this to you, not with a cynical scheme to cop free product, and I am not some serial complainer or crackpot, but I'd like to make you aware of a dodgy patch!

This packet is the second pack in a week which, frankly, seems to be stale or inferior in some way. The batch number in this pack is 84585. I threw out the last one and shall be throwing this pack away. With service station prices, this is nearly $80 down the drain. Again, just making you aware of this problem.

I hope this is useful to your company, and hope my next pack is fresh!

Imperial Tobacco Australia Riverstone - rum 25g (x5)

To whom it may concern,

Both me and my partner have smoked Riverstone RYO tobacco for years and have been very happy with the products. The main reason we enjoy this tobacco is the moistness. We find other competitor companies tobacco to dry and not enjoyable.

On the 16/09/21 we purchased 5x Riverstone Rum RYO as we do on a regular basis. The tobacco on this occasion was far from moist. Very dry and not enjoyable at all.

We are hoping this was just an unlucky experience and will continue to purchase Riverstone in the future providing this isnt a regular occurance.

A refund or replacement of products would be appreciated on this occasion.

I have recently switched to your brand and style of cigarette
In the last two packets I have had an unacceptable amount of hard stems that clearly can't be smoked
I switched because price of premade smokes is out of my price range
And jps offers an affordable comparison with the freedom to roll a smoke how I choose
I would like some sort of response/replacement
As it has been a good two years I've used your products and it's taken time and effort to learn how to hand roll

I'm just complaining to you about you parker and simpson gold 20's smokes.
I purchased a packet and the filter detched from smoke as I pulled it out .wasn't too concerned until it happens to 4 or 5 more in the same packet which is not acceptable so 1/4 of pack was useless.
Not satisfied at all with the product now I've been buying for a long time and are thinking of switching brand to get a better product

There is chunky debris in my pouch. I'm more than half way through my pouch and here are a number of small to large debris (not tobacco) objext I am finding in my pouch. I understand the occasional stem or twig but these are black and soft, and others are brown and flaky and hard. I don't know what this is and don't understand why it is I my pouch.
