IKEAproduct delivery

I have ordered few items to be delivered from North York centre Toronto on 29th June 2019. My order number - [protected]. It was scheduled for delivery on 4th July 2019. They came till my building while I was clarifying parking rules with my building manager they left without informing. After complaining to customer care it has been rescheduled for 7th July 2019. But this time they dint came at all. Neither they called about not able to deliver. I called 4 times customer care every time they said, it enroute will be delivered in next hour or so. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour from esteemed brand like IKEA. I am truly disappointed and thinking about cancelling the order and suing them to make sleep on floor.
