IKEAfailure to deliver

I purchased some furniture online on 9/28 for my bedroom. It said it was going to arrive on 10/8. After it did not show up, I called IKEA and they told me they would reschedule the delivery and the earliest the local company could deliver was this Saturday the 12th. I received a call from this company And they said IKEA failed to inform them of the delivery and are unable to get it to me until the following Wednesday the 16th. I am beyond frustrated with IKEA because I have no furniture and have to sleep on a mattress on the floor and I am unable to unpack. I am starting my job soon and was planning to use this time to get settled and IKEA is making it impossible to do!!!
