I recently got myself a ProForm Indoor Bike and I have to say, it's been a game changer for me. I've been using it with the iFit app and it's been a blast! The first month was free, but I was so impressed with the coaches and classes that I immediately signed up for the year. And let me tell you, it's been worth every penny.

The iFit app has hundreds of different classes and scenic rides to choose from. And with the pandemic putting a stop to most travel plans, the scenic rides have been a real treat. I get to explore different parts of the world from the comfort of my own home. And the high intensity classes are no joke - they really push me to my limits and keep me motivated.

As for the bike itself, it was relatively easy to assemble. It came with all the tools I needed and the instructions were clear and concise. And once it was all set up, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and smooth the ride was. It's definitely a high-quality piece of equipment.

Now, I do have to disclose that I received a discount in exchange for my honest review. But I can honestly say that I would have paid full price for this bike and the iFit program. It's been that good.

And I have to give a shoutout to the iFit customer service team. I had a little issue when I upgraded to the annual membership (totally my fault) and I called them up. They were so friendly and helpful, and they resolved the matter in less than 5 minutes. It's rare to find such great customer service these days, so I really appreciate it.

It was so motivating to see the beautiful area these trainers were walking in. It made me want to keep going! When I'm not in the mood for a program and display, I just do a manual workout that gives me all my stats right on my phone. The cost was well worth it and way less than a gym membership with a trainer!

So, I had this Nordic rower for about 6 months and I was really excited to use the iFIT app to track my progress. But, unfortunately, the stats on the app didn't match the machine stats. I tried to get in touch with technical support for hours, but they couldn't fix the problem. They even installed a new console, but the numbers still didn't match.

To make matters worse, the strap on the machine broke and all they did was send me a new one in a box. There were no instructions or any note that said a technician would contact me. I tried to install the new strap with the help of YouTube, but I ended up messing up the machine even more. I was so frustrated that I called technical support and they told me that they had someone scheduled to come and fix it. This was after the replacement strap had been sitting on my floor for 2 weeks.

A really nice guy showed up on time and fixed the machine. When I asked him about the gauges on the machine vs the iFIT app, he told me that they never match. This was after I had spent numerous hours on the phone with tech support trying to get it fixed.

Now, my second strap has broken and I tried to order a repair online. I got an automatic response, but after 48 hours, I didn't think anything was being done. So, I called and got transferred to "after factory warranty". The guy had all my info, but he expected me to have my serial number. It was late in the day, so I had to go home to get the serial number of the only piece of Nordic equipment I have. When I called back, they were closed for the day.

It's clear that the strap breaking is a result of a poor design where the strap rubs on some rough plastic as it comes out of the machine. I'm really frustrated with iFIT and I think my only dependable option is to rejoin the local Y and carry the broken machine to the street to end my iFIT frustration.

iFit NordicTrack equipment is not built to last, and there are concerns about the company's financial stability. We made the mistake of not reading the negative reviews on multiple websites before purchasing our SE7i elliptical Version 3. We would never have bought this machine if we had known about the issues that other customers have experienced. We advise others to save their money and avoid iFit.

As a 100% disabled combat Veteran household on a fixed income, we were particularly disappointed with our experience. Our SE7i elliptical Version 3 has been a lemon since it was delivered on June 17, 2021, after being backordered on March 24, 2021. Despite being lured into buying an additional 4-year warranty, we have been denied repair, replacement, and refund. iFit operates in bad faith, and their staff read from a script to answer complaints. They play games, run out the clock on the warranty, and expect the customer to fix their own machines, despite their own service technicians being unable to do so. Our machine is now worse than before it was repaired, and their own service technicians have told us that it cannot be fixed. They suggested that we buy a high-end used elliptical that is built to last.

We have an outstanding BBB complaint, and iFit NordicTrack has tried to bully, harass, and intimidate us into removing it. They cannot proceed with their IPO until complaints are resolved, and with each complaint they try to resolve, more complaints are filed. Our 100% disabled combat Veteran husband was harmed by their unsafe machine, and iFit requested that we fill out their company liability form. They have denied us service, yet they expect us to fill out their form without representation. This is unacceptable.

We have had three different parts ordered by iFit, and the first service technician came to our home without tools. The second service technician team spent 3.5 hours stripping the rear flywheel down to the fan belt. They told us that they were very busy repairing their equipment, and that iFit had initially rejected further repairs to our SE7i because it was "damaged" during assembly. This is not true, as we purchased the SE7i elliptical because it required no assembly, and my disabled husband is unable to assemble it himself. He wanted to build muscle after losing muscle during chemo.

Several news organizations have reported on iFit NordicTrack and their financial troubles. They hope to raise money with an IPO, but they cannot offer one with so many complaints outstanding and unresolved. In December 2021, iFit enacted surprise layoffs for hundreds of software, marketing, and home delivery employees, according to news reports and social media postings.

It is clear that iFit does not care about their customers, and they have harmed a disabled Veteran. This company is un-American, and we advise others to avoid them at all costs.

I continued to follow up with the support team until I finally received a response, two months later. Unfortunately, they couldn't supply a refund for one of the charges as it was against their policy.

After this experience, I decided to look up some reviews on iFIT and I was quite surprised to see that 70% of the reviews were 1 star. Many people had complaints about the support and billing. It was quite disheartening to see so many negative reviews.

In conclusion, if you're planning on purchasing a bike from iFit, I would suggest that you think twice before signing up for the iFIT app. It's not worth the hassle and frustration. Only buy this bike if you don't want to connect to an app.
